Norm and Marcia are the owners and wanted a break from the harsh winters up North.
Norm was tired of watching Marcia shovel snow. :O)
So they loaded up the truck and moved to New Smyrna Beach for the winter.
They decided to share their beach house with other families to enjoy. I am their property manager and writing this small story about them. They are 2 of the nicest people on the planet. Come on down and enjoy the beach. They would love to have you.

If this property is booked we can offer other private homes with heated pools and condos with heated pools. Beach front, River front etc. Please just ask.
