Cozy Hotel Room! This unit is no frills, simple, easy and clean. The location is super convenient, you can walk to everything and enjoy all the amenities offered in Telluride & Mountain Village. Ski access is a quick two-minute walk to Coonskin Lift (Chair 7), with easy access to hiking and biking in the summer. You are just blocks away from the grocery store, the heart of downtown Telluride, along with the free gondola which takes you to Mountain Village. Telluride Town Park or "music festival central" is just 5 blocks away! The San Miguel River runs along the property with the River Trail on the far side.



This quaint unit (275 square feet) is equipped with a kitchenette, mini-fridge, 2-burner stove top, toaster oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and basic kitchen essentials (inclusive of glassware, coffee cups, plates, bowls, utensils, pans, etc.). The dining table has seating for (3) in the window nook, which allows plenty of daylight. There is a wall-mounted flat screen TV with cable and the unit has complimentary internet/Wi-Fi. The sleeping configuration offers a queen bed and twin bed. The bathroom has a shower with a private water closet, towels and blow dryer. A fan and humidifier are provided for your comfort. An ice machine and laundry facility with a coin-operated washers/dryers are located onsite.



Step outside to relax your mind with mountain views. Grills are available in the summer and located next to the San Miguel River. Bike racks are onsite for easy storage. Limited first come first served parking is available in the courtyard, no trailers, RV's or commercial vehicles are allowed in courtyard parking.There is one free parking pass for vehicle that is provided for the Carhenge Lot, adjacent to the building. Please note that even though the driveway is plowed in the winter, a 4-wheel drive SUV is recommended while visiting Telluride.

This condo was in the perfect location for our trip to Telluride.Being walking distance to everything you wanna do downtown makes it a better experience so you don’t have to drive everywhere and find parking.It was clean and had access to hottubs which was a nice addition. I’ll definitely look to book this place again for future trips to telluride !

My wife and I wanted a comfortable place to stay for the Telluride Bluegrass Festival. The property checked all the right boxes. It would be a little challenging for a long stay, but was fine for a short stay.

Long Weekend in Telluride

The property was clean and quiet, and the room had everything we needed! Short walk to the downtown area. I would stay here again when visiting Telluride.

We had a great stay at The Mountaineer in Telluride! The place was clean and very centrally located (we walked everywhere in town). We enjoyed the hot tub, and clean up was really easy. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Telluride.
