“This is the nicest condo we have ever stayed in!” “ Definitely the most beautiful beach condo we have vacationed at!” Those are just a few of the many rave reviews for Jade East 1030. Pride in ownership and a love of Destin’s emerald shores is immediately obvious as soon as you cross the threshold.

The 1,300 square feet of beachfront heaven features coastal-inspired art by local artists, beach-chic furnishings and a luxury bathroom in the master suite. Plus, upgrades like a full laundry room, a granite and stainless kitchen and tile floors throughout make vacationing at 1030 conveniently comfortable. Moreover, perched on the tenth floor means that the Gulf views from the private balcony are simply incredible. Taking in the vastness of the emerald water as it stretches for miles is truly a vista to remember.

This Destin vacation rental is more than just a wonderfully decorated condo, as part of Jade East it comes with some fantastic amenities! A beachfront pool and spa deck, tennis courts, a grilling area and deeded beach access comprise the fun elements of the amenities while numbered parking, high-speed elevators and gated entry make up the practical side of Jade East’s perks. Additionally, its location in the heart of Destin is within walking distance to dozens of restaurants, shops and even Big Kahuna’s Waterpark.

During Spring Break and over the 4th of July holiday this condo requires a 7-night, Saturday to Saturday stay.

Pleasant Stay

The property is older but well maintained. The individual unit has been appropriately updated and doesn't feel old at all. Everything was very clean. The pool area was comfortable, and the beach access is convenient and private. Overall, a good time and great location.

Great condo!

We loved it here. Great location, clean condo, nice pool and great beach access. Only minor critique is that the furniture wasn’t super comfortable. The sofa definitely needs to be replaced.

Our stay here was amazing! The place was so clean and perfectly decorated! Lots of space and so close to the beach! The view was exactly what I’d had hoped for!
