Guests may experience some noise, visible construction activity and potential elevator disruptions during this period. Views and location are really the only positives. Mattresses are beyond worn out. The tile grout is brown when it is supposed to be barely off-white. Jade East itself is pretty decent. This room was T I R E D. No hair dryer. No ironing board.

Nice floorplan, great view, good value

We really enjoyed our stay. The pool was warm and clean, and never overly crowded. The beach was lovely, we took advantage of the week long chair and umbrella rental. Like other reviewers have stated, the condo is a little rough around the edges, but very serviceable. The master king bed was very comfortable. The balcony has miles of view. We would definelty come back.

It was a great stay only thing there was no dustpan in unit and the water pressure was not good at all was hard to wash dishes by hand other than that we had an amazing time

Somewhat disappointing

While the pictures were accurate the overall appearance of this property was somewhat rundown. Outdated furniture that needed either refinished or repaired. The kitchen was well stocked and the view from the balcony was beautiful.

Great property location

Overall the condo was fine, but a little outdated. While I understand that it’s a little below the average rental rate per night, but simple stuff like broken/separated crown moldings and baseboard, wobbly beds, peeling paint in the bathroom, lack of ceiling light in the master bedroom, lack of high chair or a spare crib/mattress (especially I indicated number of people and ages staying), etc. The view though is really unbeatable and that was the main reason for selection of this property. However, the property was fairly clean, just a little outdated, but we enjoyed our stay as we spent most of our time outdoor.

Summer vacation 2022

This property was a location to enjoy the ocean views and all that goes with being on the water. The room was in need of repairs to sheet rock texture which was falling off the ceiling in the kitchen area. The balcony furniture had broken arm rests and or had ripped seats. The sink faucet in the kitchen needs taken apart and cleaned, it has low water pressure. With all that being said the place was great for us to rest and sleep after a long days outing and would recommend staying here. Outside offerings was great with hot tub large pool and a outdoor kitchen for grilling which was great.

Nice but needs fixing up

Condo was very clean and it met our needs well. The view is breathtaking! It REALLY needs some TLC though. Both full bed box springs squeaked bad, paint was chipping and discolored, some of the patio furniture was broken, pieces of the popcorn ceiling were chipping off, etc. The shutters in the double room need to be replaced with curtains so it blocks the hallway light at night. The condo was fine besides the cosmetic issues. There is very limited beach space and the beach service takes ALL of it up so if you are planning on bringing your own chairs and umbrella - good luck! If you want to sit and relax on a nice quiet beach this is NOT the place for you. They pack the small beach space in WAY too tight and it leaves no room for those of us who don't want to pay $40 a day for beach service. That was a big bummer for us. Besides that, the property as a whole was very nice.
