Parkside gem

a great location for a modern and tidy townhouse. We al loved staying here. The spiral staircase was a bit tricky for us older ones especially moving bags up and down but otherwise the place was fabulous.

Fabulous

Exceptional place to stay. The town house was stocked with more household items you could want. Great location , very clean and our 2 cavalier dogs were also catered for. One of the best places I've stayed

Fantastic Townhouse in a brilliant location

Excellently appointed Townhouse - great location, incredibly clean & private. Ellyisa was a fantastic host - she left some lovely treats and basics for us and our dog. One small note is that somePeople/ dogs may not manage the spiral staircase but otherwise it really was fantastic. High recommend.

Very convenient location

Very tidy and clean townhouse located close to CBD in a quiet area. Pub almost across the road was handy for a very nice dinner one evening as we were too tired to go into the city. Ellysia was prompt in communicating all we needed to know and worked hard to allow us early check-in as our flight got us to Adelaide well before normal check in time. I would happily stay again.

Dream house!

When I first saw this property on the website I thought it was too good to be true.It wasn't clean lovely host plenty of space good area to get into the city and also to escape from it as well. I would recommend those who are able to hire a car to escape to the south, but it is not necessary to stay in this lovely home. House was communicative the whole day and would stay again in a heartbeat. There was one couple plus one friend (three people) staying and we felt we had plenty space

10 min South of the City

This 2 bedroom townhouse, in Parkside, was ideal for what we wanted. 20m and you're at the Duke of Leicester pub, 10min walk and you're at Jenny's Bakery. Add another couple of minutes and you've entered a different world of supermarkets at the Frewville Foodland. Magnificent! The accommodation was perfect. Very clean with everything you'd need - the outdoor entertaining area would be perfect in Summer - just needs a BBQ but other than that, a great little place in a great little spot. Our pooch enjoyed it too!

Wonderful stay in a home away from home!

This property is everything you could want in a short stay rental - well appointed, comfortable, clean, and with those special little touches to make you feel at home. As a frequent traveller, I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the kitchen, with good quality appliances and more than just the standard 2 forks, a blunt knife, and mismatched glasses! The inclusion of a range of basic condiments and food items was a nice touch and saved me from having to run out to buy a pantry full of staples that would only be used once. This was our first time travelling with our dog Arlo, who was treated to her own water bowl and treats. The property would be appropriate for most dogs, except the very reactive (there is a dog in the property next door). There are lots of shady paths for walks, dog friendly bubblers, and a park 5 minutes away that is off leash in the evenings. The Leicester Hotel just across the road has a dog friendly beer garden (and serves delicious pub meals.) A new favourite place to stay in Adelaide!

Perfect location, quiet neighbours, pet friendly,clean and well cared for property. Ellysia answered any queries immediately and allowed us to extend our stay twice. Would definitely stay there again. The staircase is not as challenging as it looks! Thanks for letting us stay.

Everything was really good. The person managing the property (or owner? I din’t Know), Ellysia, was incredibly responsive to all questions, and when I asked about a hair dryer and cork screw which were not in the house, they made an appearance in the letter box very soon thereafter. We had a great stay and will recommend the place to others. Good quality bathroom and beds as well. If I had to mentione something that was not completely perfect - it would have been really great to have a dishwasher, but everything else was really great. Lukas

Why they chose this property

Parkside is incredibly beautiful with its tree lined streets and character homes. The location is very central and convenient. You can leave your car safely secured at home and get out and walk to any shops, eateries, entertainment. Alternatively there are public transport options close by, and nothing is more than a 20-minute drive (mostly!).

What makes this property unique

It’s your home away from home. The styling isn’t cluttered, rather makes you feel warm and welcome, and has all the amenities and items you’d find in your own home.
