Well Updated with Beach Contemporary Decor -- Welcome to the Beach!

This updated, lovely two bedroom, two bath villa is located directly beside the Robert Trent Jones Driving Range and Clubhouse and is also just steps to the pool! You will feel instantly on vacation as you enter this coastal villa!

The warm and inviting villa is decorated with coastal colors and beach decor. Beautiful wood floors run throughout the living areas. The spacious kitchen features granite countertops and is well equipped to match your family or group's cooking needs. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could think of for cooking at your home away from home. The open kitchen overlooks the dining room, living room and the outside patio area. There is bar counter seating for four, and the dining area has seating for six. The living room has been updated with a large HDTV and wall to wall decor that makes you feel right at home by the beach. There is a comfy L shaped sofa and love seat for you to relax in after a long day of vacation.

The primary bedroom with coastal vibes, contains a king bed, flat screen TV, private patio access and an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a granite vanity and tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom with beach life vibes, has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a granite vanity and tiled tub and shower combination. As a special feature, both bedrooms have adjustable beds via remote control.

Outside on your private patio, there is seating for six at your outdoor dining table. There is a propane grill on the deck for al fresco dining. There are some of the best views of the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course from your patio. You can easily walk to the RTJ golf course, Big Jim's Restaurant, General Store, tennis, pickleball or Alexander's restaurant. The Beach is easily accessed by car, a short bike ride or by calling the seasonal Dunes Buggy on demand service. This villa is close to everything wonderful that Palmetto Dunes has to offer!

Excellant location and updated beautiful condo

We own several rental properties and have not been able to find a property that holds a candle to ours until this one. Very well updated, decorated and comfortable. Only suggestion we would offer is t ok supply more wash cloths, towels. Also would have been nice to have had wine glasses. We would definitely rent again. Stay was wonderful!

The location was perfect especially after we drove around the island one day and realized that other locations are heavy with traffic. We loved Dunes Grill and being able to walk to the store, beach, etc. The beds were comfortable too!

Decent resort for group of guys

Reviewer Comments: The 2BR Queens Grant villas are good for groups of guys needing their own bedrooms and bathrooms. However, make sure you don’t get a villa abutting the golf course as they start cutting the grass at 5 AM which woke me up every morning.The three golf courses have decent layouts but the fairways on the Fazio course were in poor condition compared with the other courses. Also, the Fazio course has no driving range making warm up impractical before the round.Breakfast at the courses was so limited I would avoid going there again. However, just outside the resort there are good alternative for breakfast.

The unit is spacious and has been modernized throughout. The kitchen is especially spacious and filled with all the appliances that you need. The location of the villa is useful to those that want to play pickleball or use the driving range. Both are within a 5 minute stroll, along with the general store, two restaurants, and the bike/kayak rental store.

Have stayed many times in a property like this all over the USA but this was the first time that only provided bare bones starter kit with no option to buy more toilet paper, dish soap, etc. Did not expect 2 rolls of TP and 2 dishwasher pods for a 15 day stay. Very disappointing feature of the property mgmt

Stores and restaurants are marked but entrance to same are not. One sees destination, passes it, turns around and goes back just to find entrance obscured.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the location of the rental was great. We were able to walk and bike to the beach and other parts of HHI. The unit itself was ok. The kitchen was as pictured, appliances in working order plus it was relatively clean. Our issues were with the furniture which were white and stained, therefore we put blankets down to sit in the evening. The bed was not good. Mattress was not good nor were the quality of the sheets. We understand that this is a rental but the sheets were so thin. In general, the unit could use a good cleaning...the floors should be washed. We really liked the location and would probably pick a different unit to rent next time.
