Within just an hour drive from the city, you will find all the pleasures of countryside, beautiful nature, and picturesque sunsets. At the same time, the cottage is just minutes away from area’s many attractions: farms, wineries, shopping, antiques, golfing, horseback riding, and much more. An amazing place to relax and enjoy!

The cottage features two bedrooms, open kitchen with dining room, and living area with smart TV and a queen sofa bed. It has nice comfortable furniture and beach style décor, fully equipped kitchen, full bath and additional covered outdoor shower, private WiFi access, and air-conditioning. Nice fenced backyard is perfect for quiet dining and lounging. The cottage can park up to 3 cars.

The community's private beach is within 3 minute walk and two short flights of stairs - famous for its tranquil shore, which is also great for kayaking.

The cottage is a perfect fit for just a relaxing stay or for making short trips to explore the region: to beautiful towns of Greenport and Sag Harbor, Riverhead Aquarium, Splish Splash water park, and many other places.
