Rustic, charming cottage nestled in the woods yet steps from your private Sound beach. Enjoy beautiful sunsets over the water and great swimming as well as kayaking and fishing. This Cottage is in a much more private, quiet and wooded area than other nearby communities. Then grill your dinner on the deck! Minutes from North Fork vineyards, farms, restaurants, golf, Splish splash water park and Tanger Outlet Mall. This is a unique, community comprised of mid-century cottages and homes offering a serene escape yet just a short ride to the Hamptons. Two bedrooms and a queen futon in the living room allows for six guests. Cottage has air conditioning as well as heat.

Just gorgeous

Lovely little cottage with all we could need, and just moments from the beautiful beach that was almost always empty! We had the most wonderful stay here it was just great.

Charming Beach Cottage

The cottage is very charming and cozy . It's walking distance to the beach , shopping malls, local farms, restaurants and vineyards. Mary was very responsive.and charming.host. We had a fabulous time.
