2 bedroom 2 bath OCEANVIEW unit for short-term rental at Sealofts On The Beach, Frigate Bay, St Kitts. Amenities include freshwater swimming pool, 2 gazebos, barbecue area and direct access to the Atlantic Beach (not recommended for bathing). Sealofts On The Beach is located adjacent to the Marriott Resort and directly across the street from the Royal St Kitts Golf course. It is just a short walk away from the Frigate Bay beach where you can swim freely in the calm Caribbean Sea. From the comfort of this unit with oceanview throughout (except in baths), you can hear the waves rolling in.

This fully air-conditioned unit boasts spectacular ocean view, regular staircase, master bedroom with ensuite bath, spacious extended deck (offering lots of room for sunbathing, dining or relaxing) and only 2 floors. The unit is fully equipped for your vacation needs - stainless steel appliances, security safe, 3 LED smart tvs, washer/dryer, computer, linen, towels, etc. In this special unit, guests enjoy private WIFI + shared WIFI, US line with unlimited free calls to US & Canada and LIMITED free calls to Europe and elsewhere. Since this unit is privately owned and managed you will be pleasantly surprised by all the little extras and special touches.

When we have the chance to get away to "Sealofts On The Beach", we want to relax and unwind in beautiful and comfortable surroundings. Accordingly, we have taken great care in decorating this villa with some of the most attractive furnishings. This unit accommodates adults and children twelve years and above.

Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please wash all dishes before leaving as Housekeeper may not clean for a few days and we wish to keep pests away.
Please DO NOT wash linen. We prefer that all linen and towels be left for the Housekeeper to take care of.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Minimum stay requirement is 4 nights.

Location is convenient to restaurants and the taxi stand. We enjoyed using the balcony for breakfast and reading, with great view and sound of the surf. The unit is well equipped. The host (Joyce) was very helpful when we had questions or needs. Furniture is comfortable but the unit is a little tired.

Very nice place. No complaints at all. They don’t have a swimming beach, but they have the most amazing seats outside right by the breaking waves. One can sit there and ponder life 24/7.

This property was a great location. Easy to walk to grocery stores and several restaurants as well as the Marriott. It was very easy to catch a taxi to get to other parts of the island. Excellent views of the Ocean. Short walk to several restaurants, grocery, pharmacy, and Casino!! Pool right outside the Condo. Awesome experience. Ask for Dennis for transportation services. My family and I stayed at Susan’s condo last week and had a great experience. It was nicely stocked with what we needed, including beach towels which was a nice bonus. Also, the beds were very comfortable. The location was great to easily visit all of the sites in St. Kitts and there were several great restaurants and two beaches within walking distance. Susan was a wonderful host and was there to assist us with every question we had. We would definitely visit again.

We loved our stay at Sealofts villa, the villa itself was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need, the beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were nicely updated and the deck outside was very large to sit out on and enjoy the views. There were plenty of bath and beach towels conveniently provided. The location was also very convenient to groceries and restaurants. Susan was readily available to offer any assistance if needed.

Joyce and Susan were great. Very clear communication, unit was all we could ask for and more. Spacious, well stocked, walking distance to 2 grocery stores and many very good local restaurants on the beach. Having a washer and dryer in the unit makes the vacation much easier. Especially since we stayed here after a week on a scuba boat. This gave us the ability to clean up and repack for the flight home. The deck facing the water was incredible. Definitely a great value. It’s on our list for a return trip. Thank you very much!

Great St. Kitts Experience!

Well equipped, well appointed unit with everything needed for a great stay. Kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfortable, plenty of cable TV channels, and other niceties make this the perfect spot. Easy walk to grocery stores and good restaurants. We loved spending time in the evenings on the deck enjoying the sounds of the waves crashing from the Atlantic Ocean. Above all, the hosts, Susan and Derrick; and on-site property manager, Joyce, were fantastic and immediately accessible and responsive to our questions and needs. Would stay here again for certain! Highly recommend!

Ocean breezes

If you want to hear the surf and feel the ocean breeze, then this is the place for you.. Nice second floor unit with ocean view from the deck..Unit is furnished with all the thing you need for a great vacation..Property manager Joyce is very helpful and always answered our questions quickly..The grounds are nice and the pool/deck area is close by..Located next door is a small market and Coconut Grove cafe as well as other restraunts in walking distance..We found ourselves doing the short drive to shipwreck beach to enjoy some snorkeling and lunch..Dont forget to make it out to reggae beach for the Friday night lobster buffet..We also enjoyed some nice meals at boozies on the strip. Don't forget to take the short water taxi to Nevis for a nice relaxing day..Our two weeks on the island went fast and we met a lot of really nice locals.. If we were to come back, we would stay at sealofts again..

Great condo, location and host

From booking to stay, this was a great experience. Susan is very easy and quick to communicate with and there is a property manager (Joyce) who is always there to help with questions about the unit or things going on in St. Kitts. The unit is great, with a view of the ocean off the balcony (as pictured). Many of the Sealofts units are closer to the road and don’t have a view. The unit also has extras like beach towels and a cooler to help enhance your stay. It’s a great location near several supermarkets and restaurants and not far from anywhere in St kitts. Also the unit is a short walk away from the Marriott beach where they have a rock breaker wall so you can swim in the Atlantic. Although you can’t swim right in front of the Sealofts complex, there are chairs set up so you can enjoy the view. Highly recommend this unit for your stay in St. kitts.

Susan is a very pleasant owner of the unit. She is readily available by phone and will attend to any items that need attention. (Nothing needed attention!) Nice deck off the living room, nice view of the ocean and rolling waves and the steep hills. Very quiet area. Unit is in a very good location, 2 grocery stores and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We rented a car because we like to drive around the entire island but it is not necessary. Unit is fully furnished, nice kitchen, free phone use, excellent internet and plenty of TV stations. Price of the unit is very fair compared to other properties in the area.

St. Kitts Gem

We had a wonderful stay at Sealofts #4 for our vacation! The condo was very clean and everything we needed for our week was there, even extra sunscreen! The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, and a washer and dryer which came in handy. The manager, Joyce was great, very easy to get a hold of, and was happy to answer any questions. We had an issue with the electric, and she had it corrected by the time we got back from dinner. It was a great location, with plenty of restaurants (recommend Rock Lobster for dinner and Sweet & Savory for breakfast) in a 5-10 minute walk. Two grocery stores were also within a 10 minute walk. It was the beginning of their off season, so many times we were the only ones at the pool, and the Frigate Bay beach was not busy. Joyce set us up with a driver, Dennis, who was wonderful! We used him the whole trip to drive us to other beaches and Port Zante. He was happy to answer our questions and point out the island highlights. It was a fun family vacation on a very friendly beautiful island!

Why they chose this property

Sealofts is located on Zenway Boulevard which is very convenient for those without a vehicle as supermarket, restaurants, nightlife and the Caribbean beach are all within short walking distance. There is a taxi stand directly opposite the compound and Caribbean Paradise Realty (property manager for this unit) is directly across the street from Sealofts. Joyce would be happy to welcome you with her warm smile and bubbly personality.

What makes this property unique

The spectacular ocean view is really what attracted me to this unit. Have been part of the Sealofts family for over 14 years but my dream was to move closer to the ocean. When that opportunity arose in 2015 to buy a fixer upper with that ocean view, I was happy to start on this amazing project. The unit was fully remodeled in 2016 and all furniture and appliances replaced on completion of remodeling exercise.
This unit is not your standard Sealofts unit. The bedrooms are a little bigger and there are only 2 floors. For most guests, the standard staircase is a lot more appealing than the spiral staircase found in almost all other units.
You will enjoy an ocean view from almost every area in this unit.
