Welcome to your holiday haven on World Heritage Listed K'gari -Fraser Island. Our home is the perfect place to spend your time when you aren't exploring fabulous Fraser Island. Just a few minutes drive on bitumen from the barge in the Kingfisher Bay Resort precinct, but far enough away to have your peace & quiet in a beautiful bush setting - this 3 bedroom home sleeps up to 10 people, making it the perfect place for couples, families or groups of friends.

· main bathroom with double bowl vanity, full-size bath and separate shower with rain head shower.

· designed for natural airflow, large stacked doors and screens ceiling fans, louvres and additional windows (all with screens)



· air conditioning in all rooms, heaters are also provided during winter season



· free WiFi, Bluetooth, SONOS sound system, Smart TVs in every room, DVDs, Netflix



· pool table, games, books for grown-ups and children and two fishing rods



· kitchen features a bamboo island bench and stone bench tops - fully equipped with large fridge / freezer with ice-maker, additional wine fridge, gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Aldi pod Expressi coffee maker, toaster, sandwich press and more.



· gas BBQ with side wok burner complete with BBQ utensils.

· all resort roads are bitumen but 4WD is essential for the island sand tracks beyond.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kokomo House. The house itself was stunning, set in a beautiful location that was perfect for our group stay. There were plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained, and the house had all the essentials we needed. While it was a little bit of a drive to some of the main tourist attractions, it was well worth it for the peaceful setting. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely stay here again.

My husband and our friends had a great time, we were able to check in early to align with our barge which was super helpful and the house was very comfortable with all the amenities we needed. the outdoor shower was a nice touch and was used by all. Looking forward to taking some friends here again

Great place to stay!

Kokomo is a great property to stay at, it has all amenities available as soon as you arrive, the bathrooms and bedrooms are very spacious, and the kitchen has everything you need to create delicious meals! The entertaining sound system was also easy to connect to so we could chill on the balcony and enjoy music throughout the house.

It is a great house with a wonderful large deck where you can enjoy the outdoors of the bush surrounding. The pool table was a bonus for our bunch of teens and kept them entertained for hours. Kokomo is an excellent base to explore K'gari.

Kokomo is in a nice, quiet spot and is an open, airy and modern home. It easily slept and catered for our two families and looked exactly as advertised. It was a perfect base for us to explore all that Fraser Island has to offer. The only disappointing thing is that we didn't stay longer! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Awesome house

Really loved our stay at Kokomo, our young adult children and teens loved the pool table. The location was great so quiet and seperate from the main part of Kingfisher, but close enough to enjoy the facilities of the resort. It was a perfect house for our almost grown up family of 4 kiddos and one of their partners. We would definitely stay again.

Kokomo has been two years in the building and decorating and in July 2018 we were pleased to finally present it for holiday rental at Kingfisher Bay. It is owned by the Arnold family (John and Jan and son Tim, who originally purchased the land in 2008). It has been a labour of love with much thought and care gone into a holiday home of high quality, which will encourage you to come again and again.
