Complete with two bedrooms and two baths, fully stocked kitchen, separate dining room. Home features TV, WIFI, Cable, off street parking and rear balcony overlooking the beach. Guests will have access to the laundry area in the downstairs season porch across the yard. 4 shared parking spots between 3 units.

The property is right on the beach as what I hoped for.. The place was clean but the single shower does not work properly, could not get a happy medium with the temperature… it’s either cold or way too hot!!! Very nice sunrises and sunsets, but get eaten alive by the mosquitoes or flies… Make sure you have bug spray with you for on the beach… overall we had a great time spending our vacation with our grandchildren!!! Would love to come back sometime!!!

Upon arrival the wrong key was put in the lock box so we had to go to a neighbor downstairs to get the maintenance's number to get the correct key. Once we got in and settled, turn the AC on, water from the AC unit in the attic started leaking through the ceiling, pouring like a faucet. We had to put bowls down to collect the water until maintenance came to fix it. The master bedroom with the ocean view bed was detached from the headboard and slid all around so couldn’t sleep in that room. No hand soap was left in the bathroom or extra toilet paper. Appliances were faulty, the main positive was that it was on the beach and pet friendly.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I am deeply sorry for the frustrating start to your stay, from the lockbox confusion and the unexpected air conditioner leak to the issues with the bed. This falls well short of the seamless experience we strive to provide. We were unaware of the attic AC leak, as no previous guest mentioned it. The attic AC unit has since been serviced and thoroughly inspected to prevent any future leaks, and we are addressing the headboard and bed frame with appropriate personnel to have it firmly secured. Regarding the bathroom supplies, while our listing notes that guests are responsible for bringing their own personal items—with any initial stock left by cleaners provided purely as a courtesy—I apologize if this policy was unclear or added to your inconvenience upon arrival. We truly appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention so we can improve. Despite these hurdles, we are glad to hear you enjoyed our prime beachfront location and pet-friendly accommodations.

This was a great weekend getaway with my family! The two rooms are nice, and the two full bathrooms make sharing the space with four people easy. The living area is more spacious than it looked in photos. The location was nice- right on the water and close to many public beaches. The fully stocked kitchen meant we could easily make meals. The deck off the back has a nice bay view, and the furniture is comfortable! One note on communication- We were told bedding, paper products, and even hand soap may or may not be included, depending on the cleaner, and no towels (ultimately, paper and sheets were provided!). The lack of clear answer about what would and would not be included made packing for the trip more difficult. Communication was unclear and kind of curt. I said in my initial message we would have two vehicles and was told there were four spots for three units, and nothing additional about having an extra vehicle so I assumed it was ok as there was one extra spot and I wasn’t told otherwise. A few days before the trip i was messaged that I needed to call the town of slaughter beach to park a second vehicle on an adjacent road— this ended up being fine and very easy, but the communication was delayed.

We'd like to clarify that because we are a pet-friendly rental, we recommend guests bring their own blankets and linens. While our cleaners often leave sheets and paper products as a courtesy, we can't guarantee those items, which is why we communicate that recommendation. Great relaxing location on a quiet beach. This location is for you if you like relaxing on the beach, fishing or going for walks and the beach is dog friendly. The action of Lewes or Rehoboth are not that far away. You can see a beautiful sunrise if you are an early riser.

Peaceful. & Relaxing

What a beautiful property! We spent a lot of time on the balcony watching the sunrises, the dolphins swimming by, the tanker lights at night, sunsets, waljung on the beach. On a dead end road, there wasn't a lot of traffic, which was great. We aren't into the boardwalk or nightlife, so this was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning next year!
