Welcome to our little slice of Nitany Nation! This is a great home right near the action of all of Penn State and Happy Valley events. Atherton House is located just a few blocks from Gameday Shuttle! No need to sit in traffic or pay high priced parking. Park your car and let it sit as youwalk, bus, or Uber to the stadium and downtown! Allen and Beaver 1 mile away and Beaver Stadium 2.6 miles. There is parking for three cars in driveway with additional parking across the street. Great restaurants, such as Facia Luna and MyMy Chicken, as well coffee shops, Dunkin and Bagel Crust just three blocks away!
Amenities include fully equipped kitchen, with three types of coffee makers. Coffee and Grilled Stickies from the infamouos College Diner provided for your enjoyment! Flat scren televisions on first floor and ground level room. Nice backyard with comfortable patio set including propane fire ring. The yard opens up to a secret Neighborhood park! Four bedrooms. Three upstairs and one on ground floor. All linens, towels, and toiletries provided.
Home is clean, organized, with a warm and welcoming decor.
