Aspen Meadow Retreat - Large Home with Views

Welcome to Aspen Meadow Retreat, located minutes from Leavenworth, this large spacious home will provide the perfect gathering spot for laughter and great memories.  This is a fantastic home for large families or large groups of friends.  The open-concept common areas on the main floor have been redesigned so that large groups can easily enjoy each other's company while taking in the wonderful views of the Stuart Range Mountains from the large south-facing windows. You will also enjoy the same views just outside the main floor on one of the largest wrap around decks in Leavenworth.  Just off the spacious dining room is a great little nook by a gas fireplace with seating for 2.  The main floor offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room, and a billiard room.  The lower section of the home also has 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms one of which is set up bunk style to accommodate 4 adults/kids in beds.  There is another spacious family room with plenty of seating, a large screen TV, a sofa-sleeper and just off of that is another entire full kitchen and dining nook. The large garage has a ping pong table, dart board, and other games for your enjoyment. The lower section of the home has a large covered patio that includes a 7 person hot tub and opens up to the spacious grounds.  Parking is available for 8 cars and the lawn area is huge for great outdoor games with friends and family.  This wonderful home has it all times 2 and will make that special home base for large groups wanting to explore Leavenworth.

No parties or events allowed. This home is owned by locals who wish to preserve the peaceful neighborhood and maintain a quiet atmosphere in the evenings/nights. Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am are strictly enforced.

This home is 2.5 miles from downtown Leavenworth.

Perfect View!

Aspen Meadow Retreat was the perfect place for our large family plus the in-laws! The home was well appointed and spacious, yet cozy. The views from the dining room, kitchen, living room, and deck were amazing! The grounds are well kept. There was plenty of games and activities to keep us all busy and entertained for the entirety of our stay. The hosts were very communicative and the house guide was very detailed and helpful. We hope to visit again next year!!

Fun family vacation!

This was a nice big house for our family of 18. Plenty of room inside. The outside was fun for the kids to run and enjoy putting their feet in the cold water from the creek. Hot tub was great too!

Cool Place

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was really neat with all the different rooms available. You can really spread out and is great for large or multiple families. The view was beautiful and still close enough to town. I would like to return in the summer to enjoy the outdoors a little more. I would recommend this to anyone.

Great house for our group - we used all 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms - the dining room was at capacity and had a great view - the hot tub was well used - the garage ping pong table and dart board were happily used - great stay !!

Stayed cool in the heat wave

A fantastic place for our large group of 11 people during a heat wave. The house stayed cool and we were able to enjoy the spacious deck in the mornings and evenings. Plenty of space to spread out and play games. Everyone was comfy and we enjoyed easy access to Leavenworth, hiking trails, and river fun.

Immaculate property

This property is immaculate and spacious. Our family of 12 adults, (grand parents, adult children and spouses and adult grandchildren and spouses.).. spent the week after Christmas. We had not planned on it being AS cold as it turned out to be but we kept plenty warm and comfortable inside this home. It is also close enough but not too close to the bustle of Leavenworth events. Highly recommend this home.

Family Christmas

Staff are spectacular - very responsive, helpful and professional. Truly 5 Star service. Home is clean and well maintained. If you want/need to be close to town but not feel crowded, location is great. Comparatively for the price you can rent newer and better homes for far less. Maybe location is the driving factor? However, if you need a large place, close to town, that is clean, and you desire excellent service - you will not be disappointed.

A Big Property and A Good Host!

We stayed from a Friday evening to Sunday morning. Admittedly, we were out of the house a lot of the time because we were doing the Enchantments through hike - which this home is perfect for. The house is only a 10 minute drive from the Snowlake trailhead. The amount of beds, bathroom and general property was accurate from the listing. A really great place to host a couple of families or large group of folks. Large dining room, a large deck, big family room and a secondary kitchen in the basement. Worked very well for us! Very clear and easy communication from the hosts - super easy check-in and out. The Love Leavenworth Vacation Rentals team runs a tight ship and we've had good experiences with them.

Nice size accommodations but tired furnishings

Good size house but pretty tired furnishings. Listed as non-smoking but as soon as opening front door a very noticeable smoking smell permeated. Entering garage you could see why, they must have used it to smoke in....very strong. I found the management company very unresponsive. They were going to send someone out but never did...just bunch of emails full of platitudes. Also had problems with smoke detectors doing random chips at night. We had to remove them only to see that they were 20 years outdated. I put more the blame on the lack of total commitment from the management company. Spent a lot of money for a not very enjoyable experience during a time when I had my whole family together for Christmas.

Mostly awesome

Property is very spacious with great places for everyone to commune, sleep, eat, and recreate. On our visit, the heat pump failed and caused a lot of smoke smell which couldn't be attended to while we were there (was going to be fixed after we left). However, it wasn't too hot and the smoke from wildfires wasn't bad during our visit. Although we would have loved a repair option while we were there (and noticed that aspects of the house were a little dated), we would still visit this property again due to its location and spacious options for a large group. Definitely recommended.

Invest some small stuff

Great location but the property is tired. The owners need to look at the little things that are broken or not site. Example is the ping pong table and related equipment . Spend a few bucks and replace the homemade table and the paddles . The general maintenance of the issues inside and outside require examination and correction. This goes from towel hangers that fall off the wall. Toilets that don't shut off after being flushed. etc. Irritating but easily fixed, I would not recommend staying at this home until all the broken items are replaced,

Great property which fits our needs perfectly

Spacious, mostly comfortable, 2 full mostly adequate kitchens, awesome backyard for family wiffleball and frisbie, great room layout for our multigenerational family. One of the mattresses smelled from urine but fortunately we didn't need it. Management was deeply concerned about this. Upstairs kitchen needs some updating, especially an older noisy dishwasher and mixed bag of pots and pans. Most of the undercounter lights don't work so lighting in the upstairs kitchen is not optimal. Great dining spaces both indoors and out. All our dinners were outdoors offering splendid views of surrounding hills and Wedge Mt. Cold water pressure in the kitchen was weak in contrast to hot which was fine. Management was very responsive to any issues. this is the second summer in a row our family of grandparents, kids, and grandkids stayed there and we will likely want to return. That second kitchen is terrific for us, allowing us to feed breakfast and lunch to the grandkids separate from adults. Good Smart TV in the main living room.

Great traditional home. Needs some updates. But was very cozy!! Mattress in main bedroom was terrible though. Bad sleeps...Also, didn't expect with that size house that none of the bedrooms would'nt have a bathroom connected. That was a bit disappointing. Other than that, it was a great time!
