Property Description
Cinnamon Ridge III C312 is a comfortable and spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with amazing mountain and valley views. Sleeps 6. Just a 6 minute walk on the boardwalks across the wetlands to the Mountain House base area lifts and about 8 minutes to the ski/ride school. You can also shuttle or drive to the resort. Views of Keystone Mountain, the Snake River and wetlands. Vaulted ceilings in this top floor unit let in lots of light. Large flatscreen, gas fireplace and lots of seating in the living room. Free WiFi and cable. Large private south-facing deck that overlooks Keystone Mountain. Fully equipped kitchen with kitchen bar seating for 4. The dining table seats 6. Two complex hot tubs overlook the slopes, river and valley. Washer and dryer in the unit for convenience. A quiet summer retreat right on the recreation path. Near to the summer wedding venues: Arapahoe Basin's Black Mountain Lodge and Keystone's Ski Tip Lodge. Easy walk, bike, shuttle or drive to the Keystone Conference Center, Keystone Stables, River Run Gondola and Keystone Bike Park.

We had a great stay. The place was clean and had all the kitchen supplies we needed. We loved the short walk to the Peru Lift. The view from the balcony was amazing. The ski locker was also very convenient and secure. We enjoyed our stay!

Place was on the basic side but was clean and well stocked except for laundry soap and bedding for the sofa bed. Could have used some extra towels for hot tub use too. Super easy check out was nice! Would recommend and use this rental agency again.

Perfect condo

This condo was perfect for our family of 4, which included two teenage boys. Very clean, comfortable and well stocked. Great location within walking distance to the base of the slopes. It was also across the parking lot to a nice, casual restaurant and a quick drive to more down the road. We would definitely recommend it and would stay again. Thanks!

Ski Vacation

It was great. The condo was everything we expected. It is close enough to the slopes to walk there. The walk is a little difficult in ski boots and when people can't carry their own equipment.

Very nice condo!

We really enjoyed our stay in keystone - the condo was very well equipped amd comfortable for the 4 of us. It was a little dated. The 250 yards was just that - if you are skiing, carry your ski boots and rent a locker for $6 a day. The management company could do a better job of taking care of ice, particularly on the walking path.

The condo management company was great with communication as to key pickup and where unit was located. The condo had 2 bathrooms and a washer and dryer. We would definitely stay here again. The resort staff were very helpful when we couldn’t find our parking pass. The place isn’t exactly ski in/ski out, but it’s close enough to walk. Our biggest complaint was that the hot tub was and has been out of commission for a while (with no reopening date)... I think that should have been in the description of the rental.

Extended weekend in Keystone

We are a family of 6 (3 adults, 3 kids) on a quick skiing trip. The condo was very clean and well-stocked. Has a great view of the slopes. You can easily walk to the Peru Express. Not giving 5 stars because the instructions provided for after hours check in were not very clear so and the provided code did not work. We had to figure out the new code while outside in the cold. Also the hot tub was not working (the property listing did say it was not working but would by Feb 2023). Overall a great condo minus those two hiccups.

Excellent Mountain View

The condo was a quick bus ride to the Gondola via the free bus that stops near the condo or a quick walk to one of the chairlifts via the walkway behind the condo. There is also a great family restaurant a few steps from the condo. The Condo was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would have given them a 5 star review. I want to make the owners aware that my only complaints are with the management company. I called several weeks prior to my arrival and they couldn’t confirm my reservation, they told me that they did not manage the cInnamon Ridge III C312 condo and that they did not have any bookings for it, I told them that it is listed in their website so they clearly do. The person I spoke with at Summit Resort group was not nice about it (I called VRBO in a panic and they were able to confirm the reservation, connected me with the management company again and I was able to confirm my reservation- it turned out that I had given them my husband’s first name instead of mine, they should have been more patient in finding my reservation, VRBO verified my information within minutes). Additionally, the manual or their email created by the management company clearly states that they have no control over issues with the hot tub so I didn’t bother to call them and tell them that the hot tub did not function properly. It was a mere 88 degrees and I could not get the temperature to increase. Finally, parking - the fact that you have to drive 5-10 mins out of your way to pickup and drop off the parking passes from their office is ridiculous, the passes should be in the condo when you arrive. The passes weren’t even personalized with our name, condo number or dates. It takes away from the keyless check-in. As mentioned, the condo was great but I did not have a great experience with the management company.

Thank you for the feedback. We wondered if you possibly called the wrong management company on the first call. We also manage the HOA and would of related Cinnamon Ridge to our rental program or HOA management. We remember the conversation with the Vrbo representative but did not have a call from you prior. One hot tub is currently down at Cinnamon Ridge HOA and one is working. We ask guests to report issues so we can address the problems but we do not compensate for matters out of our control. We appreciate your thoughts on the parking pass. The HOA recently went to code locks and we are working on a solution. We like to interact with our guests at a front desk and this ensures our parking passes were not left in guests rental cars at departure.

March 2021 Stay

The condo was fabulous! Very clean, quiet, terrific view of the mountain, and they provided enough supplies to get us started which was appreciated! Loved being on the top floor with the high ceilings, it really made it more spacious. The walk to the slopes was pretty easy! The only downfall was the hot tubs were not running due to Covid the management company stated. Other units had their hot tubs working however, so that was disappointing actually. Overall it was a very nice condo, and experience! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Very nice and clean condo. Location was great. 5 minute walk to Peru lift or River Run. Full kitchen with oven. We enjoyed this property. Only negatives we have are the fry pans need to be replaced. The 2 beds must be Firms because they are very hard. If you have a queen mattress topper bring it. If the owner replaces the beds please let me know. We want to stay there again but not with a firm mattress. Thanks

Cozy Getaway

Comfortable place for a couple people to stay and plenty of room. Top floor so it was super quiet and the patio has a great view of Keystone. Only thing to mention is there is no Bluetooth speaker, only a 1990 style boom box. I can understand not wanting to supply too much music for a building with close neighbors but even a small BT speaker would have been nice. I haven’t seen a place without one so I left it at home. Other than that the place was fully stocked and we enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice unit, well stocked

The unit was just as advertised. Clean 2BR with nice living/dining area. Very surprised to see so many kitchen utensils and basic items like spices, paper towels etc. tons of pillows and towels too. Only disappointment was the “hot” tub. One of the two was out of service entirely and the other was not very hot, and only 2 of the water jets were working. Otherwise, we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for welcoming us in your home away from home. We treated it like it was ours.
