About this property

This lovely home in Dollar Point sleeps 6. The huge living/dining invites you in the door. There are lots of windows for light and in the summer months, the house stays cool inside. There is a well-equipped kitchen that looks out onto the back deck. The guest bedrooms each have full beds and the master has a Cal King bed with an attached bathroom. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a washer and dryer as well as a garage. The large back deck is a great place to relax, there is a gas BBQ and hot tub. There is wifi, no cable.

All of our rentals come with fully equipped kitchens; most kitchens do not have pantry items due to wildlife concerns. We provide all linens and towels; most units have beach towels as well. There is a washer and dryer in every rental. Every unit has Wi-Fi. There is NO A/C, this is not commonly found in Tahoe, there are fans.

Dollar Point recreation amenities: beach, pool, tennis courts, playground are not available to renters, unless rental stay is for 31 nights or more which will require a signed lease agreement, $5000 deposit and $50 processing fee. Please contact us for more details.

Terrific Place

Very enjoyable home. Great location: quiet neighborhood, in the midst of a forest-like area with similar homes and close to restaurants and activities. Hot water plentiful, beds nice, sitting area was very pleasant and comfortable and the kitchen was modern. All in all a terrific place in a wonderful area.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I'm not happy that we weren't allowed to use the pool. If I rented a property and there was no pool, that would be OK. But if there's a pool, then it's not acceptable that we're not allowed to use it. I might go on Yelp and leave a negative review for Dollar Point, but I haven't done that yet. I'm pretty upset about it.

The house is darker than expected and not very clean. The property management company was amazing, so kind and responsive. The hot tub was overly complicated to get going, and really should be turned on for guests, we had to wait 24 hours for it to heat. But once it was hot it was our favorite part of our stay, soaking under the pine trees.
