Tired property

The Springsteens need to talk to the Boss and spend some money on this palace....ie the home is tired. Kitchen range is missing burner. Non stick pans are toast, as in non stick is burnt off. There is no ice maker. Missing screen on lower bedroom window. Carpet is stained. The stairway to second floor is very steep and dangerous for elderly or children. DON'T bring children or grandparents here. Sheets and towels left in laundry and dryer.

Cute little house

This house is in a great location and was a good size for our small group of 4. The outside space was great for BBQ'ing and is close to good restaurants and markets. Cute bear decorations, too!

Stay away

Not clean before we get there. Stains on rugs, dishwasher smells so bad and beds are old and squeaky. Not impress. I had message the property company 5 days before my stay to get information regarding our stay. We didn’t hear back from them until about 8pm before our trip. Then didn’t get the instructions. They had to keep resending. Then they call me saying the are charging me 2 hours of extra cleaning time due to it being not clean. I asked what they meant and they said there was linen and trash, kids toys. The kids toys were there. Not our toys. Trash was in the trash can... did we actually have to take the trash out... linen they said we actually had to start the laundry! Is that normal?? Seems odd. Why even have a clean fee then if i am going to have to clean the whole place before leaving. Stay away.

Springsteen cabin

The cabin itself was very nice with mountain decor. But some issues with property management....No key card for Tahoe Park for the first three days was the biggest issue. But also some lacks in the cabin ...no laundry soap, no replacement kitchen bags, no mattress cover on DS bed, a jammed full vacuum bag, and no can opener!
