To return, simply ski down any number of runs directly to the door. Save money and time by skiing home for lunch in the comfort of your own Condo. We pride ourselves on keeping our unit updated and full of every item you could need while on vacation. New sofa for 2023, humidifiers, tons of pots, pans, crock pot, electric fyring pan, every size pot you could need.


WE ARE THE OWNERS YOU WANT TO RENT FROM-- WE ADD ALL OF THE EXTRAS THAT THE OTHER UNITS WON'T DO. WONDERFUL LINENS AND TOWELS, DOWN ALTERNATIVE COMFORTERS, FLANNEL SHEETS, HUMIDIFIER IN EVERY ROOM, TONS OF POTS/ PANS/ DISHES/ CUPS/ HUGE DECKS WITH BRAND NEW PINE FURNITURE.

Sit in the outside hot tubs and watch skiers come by in this true ski in/ski out Condo on Peak 8. This building has two floors of covered parking, ski lockers directly outside the slopes, elevator, two saunas and two story lounge over-looking the slopes.

The Condo is owned by the lister and full of plenty cooking and dining utensils. Two bedrooms, master has king bed and queen bed, second bedroom has 2 queen beds. Loft with double set of bunk beds. Linens supplied.

Included, 42' flat screen LCD TV in living room and flat screens in both bedrooms, cable television with DVD player in family room, cable television in each bedroom with DVD/VCR combo in one bedroom, fireplace with gas logs, humidifiers, washer and dryer in building, on shuttle/trolley route, high speed wireless internet.

I organize an annual ski trip for a group of pastors. This is our second year in a row to stay in this condo. We love it! Best ski in/out location I have seen anywhere. The bed arrangement is perfect. We highly recommend.

Walk out the ski closet right onto the slopes. Hot tubs are nice. Host was very nice and easy to work with. Very nice place with cozy fireplace and living room and tv. Plenty of comfortable beds for everyone and lots of extra blankets. Nice hot showers and modern bathrooms and kitchen. Well stocked kitchen too. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks!

We booked this stay for a guys ski trip. There were 6 of us age 40+ and it was comfortable. The condo was clean and well stocked with soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and lots of leftover items from previous stays, like zip locks, hand/foot warmers, coffee filters. The location is top notch. Will absolutely stay here again.

Ski Watch on peak 8 is the ideal location for a goup <6. The unit was well laid out. with plenty of towels for the Hotub. The kitchen was well equipped with all the seasonings for your cooking needs. Plenty of coffee filters.Plenty of pots and pans.

Awesome location & accommodations

This ski-in/ski-out was IDEAL for our skiing adventures and for our non-skier to access Breck! The kitchen was the most well equipped kitchen we have ever stayed in. As with most condos, we find them quite warm and needed to crack the windows even with the thermostat at 60, but this is not a complaint. The hot tub management could have been better during our stay, but not a game changer. We loved the parking ramp that had a 6'10" clearance for our Ram 2500, in addition to the other ramp at a 6'4" clearance, that we would not have been able to get in. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this condo!

5 day ski trip in a true ski in / ski out

The condo was great for my 4 person group. It was clean and incredibly well stocked with everything: soaps, shampoos, spices, paper goods, coffee filters, cutlery, dishes, pots & pans, etc. Being able to ski in and out so easily was wonderful. So nice to pop in for lunch everyday! One thing to note, there's a non-working grill on the unit's porch but not to worry as the facility has two plumbed nat gas grills by the hot tubs. Although a little hard to find, there are two gas valves on the wall behind and left of the leftmost grill. Highly recommend, enjoy!

Nightmare: Host Who Blames Guests and Uses Deposit for Repairs on Poorly Maintained Rental

I regret staying at this ski condo and had a horrible experience, despite frequent travels and positive past VRBO stays. Upon arrival, a clogged toilet wouldn’t flush, and despite my efforts, the host was difficult and made unsubstantiated claims that we "flushed things that shouldn't have been flushed" and even accused us of intentionally clogging the toilet in "retaliation." As someone with construction experience, I explained the toilet malfunction, but no one was sent to resolve the issue, leaving us unable to use it all week. Eventually, the host withheld our deposit to cover charges for identical work by three companies to clear the clog, replace the flapper, and even replace the entire toilet! We hesitated to mention other issues for fear of blame but documented them with photos and videos: -Stove burners and oven emitting smoke & chemical odors -A dangerously wobbly toilet -Dirty dishes and glasses -Leaking humidifier -Expired condiments -Poorly secured towel racks -Broken lights and a noisy refrigerator -Unorganized kitchen with items stored haphazardly, including a wheelbarrow in the living room -No instructions for a complicated cable system -Renters required to supply their own paper towels, tissues, and toilet paper for themselves and the next guests. Several other reviews echo similar experiences with the host, a pattern I wish I had noticed before booking. Overall, unresolved issues and a difficult host made for a deeply disappointing stay.

Great location older place, unfriendly owner

We are skiers with a master's ski club. One of us arrived early and could not open the lockbox. She was stuck outside for 2 hours. I texted the owner notifying her that the lockbox would not open. It turns out that there are 2 identical lockboxes labeled 343 (I have a picture). She was trying to open the wrong one. We were not told there were 2 lockboxes. When she finally got into the building, she could not find the condo. I asked the owner for help. I asked her if there were perhaps 2 similar buildings. She said no. It turns out the building has 2 wings connected in the middle by solid doors you have to pass through. Instead of explaining this, she accused our friend of having "obvious dementia" and "wandering around the building". She also said the instructions we received from VRBO had the condo number in them. I texted her pictures of the VRBO "Here are the keys to your trip!" email to show her the condo number was not in the instructions. She asked me why I was "attacking" her. She then reasoned that our friend likely had "altitude sickness". By this point, I stopped communicating with her. We ran the dishwasher and it leaked water all over the floor. She told us to go to Walmart and buy paper plates, forks, and knives as she had difficulty finding someone to fix it. She also asked us to send her a video of the leaking which we did.

Property is in a truly excellent location at Peak 8. Condo is ok- per earlier reviewer- couches are peeling like crazy, kitchen hard to maneuver with fixed table/bar, no sample sized soaps (some soft soap), no TP. I had teens with me and the TV didnt work the first day - we finally figured out what the issue was (hdmi unplugged at back); however, the dish service was spotty at best (would work for 15 min and then not work for hours). Communicated with owner initially- I do think she didnt want to be bothered (again per another reviewer) and she replied to only a couple of texts. Location is A+

Location great but afraid to ask for stuff

The location of the property was the best. All previous communications prior to start of vacation you could tell the owner was bothered by simple questions such as is there a hairdryer or what kind of coffee maker. We let the owner know that the couch was in poor condition and also the light under the microwave was broken and the kitchen was dark. Cooking in poor light wasn’t easy. After the owners response then afraid to let them know that there were more bulbs burned out in bathrooms, living room etc. Would come back to Breckenridge, but not stay in this unit.

Family ski vacation turned out excellent in this true ski in ski out condo! We were only four people but could have easily slept 12. 2 flights of steps click in and ski down to lift. A few staple cooking ingredients were available so stop at grocery before to load up for the week. Condo is nicely appointed

Don’t stay here

Condo was very dark and dingy and cramped, downstairs. The fake leather couch was peeling to the point we had to cover with a blanket. Bathroom vents were gross. Bathtub drains clogged with hair. Lightbulbs burned out, and no replacements. Toilet handle falling off. Not even sample sized soaps for showering or washing hands. Kitchen table was so cramped you couldn’t get to the fridge, sink, or stove, if you were sitting at the table. View was deceiving. The view was from a public area that they kept about 80 degrees. Had to open windows to sit there. Sheets were either made of a canvas type material or blankets. Clock battery was dead. Owner was hard to communicate with.

Perfect Location - Ski In & Ski Out.

My friends and I were looking to book a last minute trip to Colorado to ski. We ran across this property and pulled the trigger immediately and so glad I did. You cannot have a better location. The unit/condo association had everything we could possibly need. The condo is older but the unit was redone about 6-7 years ago, and we were very please with how everything looked and functioned. If I come back to Breckemridge in the future, I hope this unit is available. Perfect for 6-8 people!!

Amazing Location!

The condo was perfectly located for easy ski-in/out access to the base of Peak 8 and the lifts. It was also fully stocked with all the items needed to make the stay really easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend staying here!
