The home was clean and located in a quiet neighborhood. The neighborhood was very walkable.It was a perfect landing space to visit family and friends during a short visit to Florida. They check-in and out was easy. Lots of places to eat, grocery stores and a mall nearby.

Great home. Good value for the money. I didn’t like the pre purchase process as I was unable to get a receipt for the first payment. Ms. Vickie was great at getting us information, before & after checkin. Picture and information are accurate. The place worked great for our family.

Our sons live near downtown Orlando, so this was a perfect place to stay!The home was clean and very comfortable! Directions for the tv were easy to follow!The kitchen was well stocked with everything I needed to cook with!Lots of info as to what to see, where to eat, etc!!!Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home!

Father's Day Visit

My wife and I along with her brother and his wife were in the area to visit with her 100 yo father for Father's Day. We found the home to be very clean and perfect for our needs as well as ideally located. Communication with Vicky was excellent. We were sufficiently impressed to plan returns on future trips.

Perfect for Us

Great area, quiet neighborhood, and a beautiful home! This was wonderful for our stay, as we were there visiting family and not going to the various Orlando attractions. There's really good restaurants within a few miles, and a Publix supermarket is only 1 mile away! But the home is the star here....spacious and comfortable living room, everything you need in the kitchen, and 2 different but equally relaxing bedrooms. The outdoor space was perfect to relax and enjoy day and night. We'll be making several trips to the area now to visit grandbabies, and will stay at this property again without question!!

Pet friendly. Average stay. Too many rules and requirements. Doesn't want AC to be put down lower than 72 degrees. I sleep at 70 or lower at home. Have to clean or start towels and bedsheets in wash yet charged a cleaning fee. Pet friendly but can't take them out unleashed out back in the enclosed backyard. Take out their trash cans. Other than a boring stay due to rules (all of which I understand, they're protecting their investment), place worked out. Wouldn't book there again though. Nothing personal, hotels are much more service based. Hotel would have been better. This just felt like I was staying at my aunt's house and would get reprimanded if I didn't follow the rules to a T.

We’ve followed up with the homeowner, who wanted to clarify the following: -While the home is pet-friendly, the backyard is not fully fenced, and local wildlife can occasionally be present in the area. The house rules are in place to help keep pets and guests safe while protecting the home for future stays -The A/C setting is maintained at a level intended to balance guest comfort, support system performance, and help prevent freezing, especially during warmer months -As is standard for vacation rentals, guests are asked to complete a few small checkout tasks, such as starting a load of towels and placing trash bins out. This helps the cleaning team prepare the home efficiently between guests, especially with shorter stays and longer laundry cycles Thank you for your feedback, as it helps us better understand guests’ perspectives and improve future guest experiences.

This property was exactly as listed! It was clean and well furnished. We loved that it backed right up to the community park and playground. It's situated in a quiet neighborhood but still close to major roads and food/shopping. The yard had ants, but my kids were able to utilize the playground instead which was great and the spacious porch was just lovely. Host had great communication.
