Wonderful new apartment, newly assembled, with living room 2 environments, 2 bedrooms (1 suite), balcony with great view, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, service area, 2 covered parking spaces. High standard building with elevator, 24-hour concierge, sauna, jacuzzi and fitness space.
The apartment has split air conditioning in every room, ceiling fans and queen size box beds in the bedrooms, washing machine, microwave, appliances and complete kitchen utensils. Excellent location, 450m from the beach of dunes, near restaurant, supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, etc.
New bedding and bath, 1st. quality (optional)
. Sleeps up to 6 adults + 2 children. No pets allowed.

Gostamos muito desse apartamento novo, prático, muito limo, claro, bem ventilado e silencioso, num bairro residencial, a 2 quadras da praia ! Tem 2 vagas numa garagem ampla e porteiros muito simpáticos. Passamos férias excelentes e agradecemos o contato e a comunicacao com os donos !
