You may ask why we named our home "I Could Live Here....."

Some of the reasons are:
Golf course view, on the beautiful 18th fairway.
Designed with golfers in mind. This 2,692 sq ft luxury Villa features 4 bedrooms, sleeps 12 with 4.5 baths so no need to share. Perfect for a foursome or 4 couples!
Works great for families too with separate upstairs TV/game room for the kids.
Watch the sunset colors over the red rocks from the shaded back yard patio with large table, BBQ and comfy seating also.
Short walk to the pool but you have your very own private hot tub on our south facing roof top deck.
Wet bar with refrigerator/freezer, microwave, Keurig and coffee pods , popcorn provided. Wet bar also has complete set of non breakable coffee mugs, dishes and glasses for kids and/or to use outside on the patio deck. Upstairs rec room has big screen TV and table with board games and jig saw puzzles provided.
Provided: pickle ball racquets and balls.
And for golfers, experienced golf balls to replace those lost on the areas many gorgeous golf courses

GOURMET KITCHEN! If you like to cook this is the place for you.
Furnished by a gourmet cook with a sweet tooth. Kitchen Aid mixer, Cuisinart food processor, hand mixer, cookie dough scoop, cake pans, cookies sheets, muffin tins, waffle iron, extra large griddle, slow cooker, plenty of serving platters and bowls, pots, pans, gadgets and utensils too. Included for your holiday cooking, an extra large turkey roasting pan and thermometer. Cook for a crowd with ease.

We are pretty sure that after your stay at our Ledges Golf Course home you will feel the same way we do. I COULD LIVE HERE!

Perfect Place!

Wonderful space for our family and our golf trip! Loved that Ledges is just out of the busyness of the city. House was wonderfully with everything we needed and quite comfortable. Would gladly stay here again.

Aptly named accommodation

This townhome was one of our favorite VRBO's that we have ever stayed in. The location is beautiful and the view of the golf course and surrounding geology is a wonderful way to wake up and have your cup of coffee in the morning. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked, both with food items that he would not expect, and cooking implements. We will definitely be returning to this location. My family and I can recommend this site without reservation.

Great Location

The home is in a great location. The layout of the home is wonderful. Not much privacy for the hot tub. The property management needs to up their game in cleaning. I pulled down the comforter and found a sock. Spider webs. The coffee maker was also dirty and had a left over pod in it from who knows when. Despite the housekeeping issue I would probably stay with my spouse again. It’s not somewhere I would stay with my adult kids.

It has any amenity you could need and all was in new condition. Only recommendation for the Ledges, not the specific rental, is that there is the pool, hot tub, and pickle ball courts for the older kids but a playground for the younger kids would be really nice. Closest one is about a five mile drive.

We could live here

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My high school girlfriends and I stayed here to celebrate our 70th birthdays and what a perfect place to celebrate. After surveying the property, one of my friends stood in the kitchen and announced "I could live here". She had no idea that it was the name of the property. Needless to say, we found everything perfect, from the well-stocked kitchen to the large four bedrooms to the relaxing hot tub. The location was also perfect. It's a five minute drive to Snow Canyon where we hiked one morning then drove into town for lunch at George's, which I highly recommend. We also spent one day in Zion NP which was only an hour's drive. Dinner at the Painted Pony was a real treat.I highly recommend this property and it is aptly named "I could live here".
