Everything about this beautiful home makes sense! As soon as you enter, there is a sense of peace and calm that just envelops you. Whether it’s from the soft hues, tall ceilings, or the glow from the gorgeous knotty-pine floors, you immediately feel at home.

The spacious kitchen has plenty of room for dining or entertaining. You’ll find generous cabinets, a huge pantry, lots of counter space finished with granite, and GE Profile stainless steel appliances. Built-in dining makes good use of every square inch while a half bath rounds out the first floor.

The second level is where you’ll find an incredible master suite, en suite bathroom with double vanities, and a small deck off to the side where you can enjoy your morning coffee. A queen guest bedroom, full bath & twin bunk room can also be found on second floor.

Meander up to the third floor where you will find another guest bedroom with 2 queen beds and en suite full bath with shower stall. The laundry room can also be found in this floor. The spiral staircase leads to the gorgeous, recently refinished fourth floor tower with fantastic views of the Gulf, making this the perfect spot to chill.

Spring break stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice location and amenities. Property was clean and management helpful. Short walk to the beach even closer to family pool and playground/ pickleball courts & shuffleboard. It was very crowded during spring break with many teenagers out at night time. I don’t know that I would visit again during spring break.

Great Seaside Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at Perfectly Chilled, however, if you are staying with 10-11, the main living floor is very tight. It appears bigger in the pictures and is a bit misleading. Being at the back of the community is also a bit difficult to navigate vehicles. If you have a party of 6-8, this house is great for you.

Great House for a family getaway

We enjoyed watching sunsets from the rooftop and the home's proximity to the pool, gym, and volleyball court. This home is just a short walk or quick bike ride to all the fun amenities in Seaside. The property was clean and well-maintained, and we had no issues that the property management team could not remedy quickly. Highly recommend.

Cheaply finished, poor location, won't return to this house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have stayed in many many properties over the years in Seaside ranging from relatively luxurious houses right on the beach to original cottages on the East side that were desperately in need of updates. This was without question our least favorite and we will not stay in Perfectly Chilled again or in Venice Circle. This trip was booked late and it was all that was available for our needs. Venice Circle is claustrophobic, noisy, and too tucked away from everything. The house is incredibly cheaply finished and fitted and no significantly less expensive than other nicer properties. Think everything bought at Home Depot level quality: cheap flooring (what is that cheap stuff stuck on top of the stair steps and first floor??), cheap cabinets, vanities, the cheapest possible appliances, washer and dryer, tiny TVs, etc. etc. Pretty sure I have never seen fiberglass shower tray/pans outside of a mobile home or RV before. The house was clean and functional, but way less than special and we won't return, there are so many other better options. Seaside as always was wonderful if a little spring break crazy.
