Historically renovated and completed in 2013, this 1 BR, 2 BA 3rd floor walk-up apartment represents what locals love- history and the Downtown Mall. With its original heart pine floors, this apartment boast quality and craftsmanship with features like two decorative fireplaces, granite counters, 7 ft tall windows overlooking the Mall, and 9 ft ceilings. The one bedroom apartment is perfect as a pied-à-terre, and is just blocks away from four theaters featuring live performances in dance, theater, and live music. World class dining is at your doorstep, and parking is included with the home allowing you to enjoy strolling the Historic Downtown Mall.

The location can't be beat in the middle of the downtown action!  We like to note to future guests that this is a popular area (especially on the weekends) and the noise level on the Downtown Mall may be higher particularly on Friday and Saturday evenings.

Beautiful apartment. Very clean. Very well furnished. Excellent location if you’re wanting nearby shops and restaurants. Parking lot right behind building. Air conditioning made comfortable stay during heat of summer. Be prepared to walk up three floors of stairs. No elevator in building. I would gladly stay here again if I return to Charlottesville.

My wife amd I came up from nc to visit uva and had an amazing time. The apartment was beautiful and the area was amazing. We couldnt believe we were staying on the downtown mall. Very happy with the aparment and the customer service.
