Proudly hosted by Island Rentals of Hilton Head, this beautifully updated townhome features newly refreshed furnishings, bathrooms, and kitchen, creating a comfortable and inviting retreat just moments from Hilton Head’s pristine shoreline. Ideally located beside one of three community swimming pools, you’ll enjoy effortless pool access right outside your door, along with complimentary adult bicycles and beach chairs for easy trips to the nearby Atlantic Ocean—just a 10-minute walk or 5-minute bike ride away.

The main living level offers an open and well-appointed layout with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and cozy living room with a flat-screen TV. Step outside onto the private deck to enjoy the electric grill and patio seating, perfect for relaxed outdoor meals after a day at the beach. The two-story design ensures privacy and quiet, making it ideal for restful evenings.

Upstairs, the primary suite features a comfortable queen bed and a private ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom offers twin beds with its own full bath. A queen sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space, allowing the villa to accommodate up to four adults and two children. TVs are available in every bedroom, free Wi-Fi is included, and all linens and towels are provided for a seamless stay. Community pools are open seasonally from April through October, and well-behaved dogs are welcome with an additional pet fee, allowing up to two pets per stay.

We stayed at this property for a week and enjoyed everything. The pool is in your backyard and loved the bikes! It is in a walkable safe community. We really enjoyed walking or biking to the beach and coffee shops/restaurants. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here you will not be disappointed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great week - weather was fantastic. Condo location was great for our stay. Had some problems with the TVs. Contacted Management company and they assisted. There wasn't much space to put our groceries etc as the cupboards and pantry were full with many duplicate appliances and dishes. Closets were full with many many extra bedding. Didn't leave much room for our personal stuff.

Great Trip

Fantastic location and great amenities

My wife and I stayed here and had a great vacation. Everything was as described and the inclusion of beach chairs and bikes really made our stay perfect. The short walk to the beach is something that you do not get at many places. I would highly recommend this unit and return to it in the future.

Great little getaway for our anniversary!

We loved our stay at 48 Ocean Breeze, we were there to celebrate our 10th Anniversary. It is very nicely decorated and we had anything we could need to cook. The condo overlooks the pool and the view from the master bedroom is really nice at night with the pool lights on. We loved the bikes that were provided, used them everyday. Beach is about a 10 minute walk and the beach chairs were nice also. We will definitely be back!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our long weekend at 48 Ocean Breeze. The unit was spacious and very clean. It had everything we needed and then some! The beach chairs/wagon were great and we took advantage of having the bikes. We did contact the management company about one minor thing and they were super responsive. If you need a large/sturdy umbrella I would suggest renting that, there is one in the unit but it isn't great if it is a bit windy. Perfect time on Hilton Head.

Over 10 days plenty of sand accumulated on the floors. The provided bikes are ok, but in desperate needs of maintenance - pedals grind/click, head tube is stripped.

Thanks for your review and the notes! Those bikes certainly do get "well loved" during season. We'll be sure to go through and add a broom to the house! That sand does accumulate quickly, no matter how hard you try to leave it outside. We do hope you'll come back and stay with us again.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here and the master bedroom bed, was not in a good state. It had us caving toward the middle and needs to be switched out. It was not the best sleeping experience. The unit was dirty upon arrival and other past guest socks were found under the tv. The location was great, but we will pass on this unit next time.

Thank you for your feedback. I wish you had contacted us regarding issues during your stay. Housekeeping is a separate company and we would have had any cleaning issues addressed had we been made aware. The bed issue is strange, as that mattress and box spring were replaced less than a year ago.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was plenty big enough and was as described. The living room is very small and very odd shape making 1/3 of it unusable. The entire downstairs was awkward and felt claustrophobic.The home appears clean when we walked in, however, the doorknobs, doors, kitchen cabinets, various walls and baseboards were not clean. They were grimy and dusty -obviously the cleaning team is not ‘deep cleaning’ nor are they washing light switches, doors, cabinets or knobs.The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. Toilets, tubs and linens were clean. The beds had nice linens and were clean and comfortable. There was plenty of closet space.Under the stairs was a huge closet full of beach items, which was nice.The pool is very close and we enjoyed using it.Parking leaves something to be desired. No places are marked with unit numbers but several people complained to us saying we were “in their spot”. We politely moved our cars, but if they were marked, it would be much easier and less stressful.The walk to the beach is quite a bit longer than it appears from looking at the map. It takes a good 15-20 minutes to walk to the beach - public access. The beach was lovely! Easy access and bathrooms!Overall the house was fine. We did have one small problem but the property manager took care of it right away and answered his phone every time I called him.

Thank you for your feedback, we will pass your notes along to housekeeping. There are no assigned spots in Ocean Breeze, I apologize for the guests at any of the other units thinking otherwise, but you can park wherever you like in the complex.

One is the requirement to have to take out the trash considering that there is a cleaning fee charged to the rental. Master bedroom mattress needs to be upgraded to a queen size and newer. Otherwise really good unit with good location.

Beach Fun

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I really enjoyed my rental experience with my family. The place was clean and inviting. There was a pool directly behind us but it didn’t cause noise issues honestly. We also didn’t go to the pool because we spent most of our time at the beach and on the bicycles. Once we got to the location, I pretty much parked my car for three days and used the bicycles. That was a nice inclusion to the property. Bikes only took 5-10 min to the beach or other locations. I didn’t have any contact with staff outside of people coming to clean the last day. While I wish they didn’t show up at 0915a when checkout is at 1000a (anxiety and all) I do understand a bit. The young ladies waited patiently for us to exit though. Overall i would definitely return to this location. The only thing I could recommend for the property is possibly a dog park nearby or if there is one... directions to it.

If you prefer a pool, there is a pool just out the back door. This is a quiet neighborhood and we couldn’t hear the neighbors. The condo is well stocked with plenty of kitchen items if you decide to stay in and cook. We would certainly stay here again.

The villa was spacious, clean, and well-stocked with clean towels, kitchen items, and beach supplies. There was plenty of space for all. The location was perfect- a short walk or bike ride to the beach, close to shopping and restaurants, and the community pool is right out the back door. It was so nice to have 4 bikes available which my family used every day! The only small problem, was that our grill was not working. Management responded promptly and brought a replacement grill the following day.

If not to this property, then one and the same vicinity that allows dogs.
