This is a Beautiful all-season vacation House in Poconos heart! Great quiet location!!! Families and kids are welcome! Many activities for any ages! Hot tub available all year around! Water change after each guests, guaranteed and sanitized!!!
There are 4 Bedrooms, all queen size bed, 2 bathrooms, big living room, 55'' TV, Sound Bar, Blu-Ray DVD player, table soccer, two full size sofa beds.
Game room/pool table, TV, kids toys, full size sofa/low sofa. Dining room, big table up to 12 guests. Kitchen, everything you may need: Microwave, Stove, Coffee Keurig machine, Dishwasher, Refrigerator/ Ice maker, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and more...
2 Deck’s, 24 ft Private Pool, 14 ft Trampoline, Wood Swing, Kids Sandbox, Charcoal Grill, Fire pit, with wood benches around up to 12 guests.
Also, there are so many activities with short driving distance: water parks, Kalahari, Camelback, Pocono ATV, Pocono Raceway, Big Pocono State Park, Lakeside Trail fishing and more... Don't forget to ask about early check in and check out, no extra charge if it is available... Also, pets can be available if you are ask in advance, so we can schedule special cleaning after!

Great place to stay with the family

This home got everything that a family or small group with need, to have fun for a weekend retreat , the house have a lot entertainments for all ages, the host if very fast response and always willing to help people with their needs. Thanks, I really recommend this place.

This is the second time staying at the house. Very clean house, quiet neighborhood, and some nice amenities. Mattresses could be more comfortable and pool table could be repaired or replaced. Other than that, it is a nice vacation spot for families! Vlad is also great communicating before and during stay as well.

Great property! Kitchen was super well stocked with pots/pans, tons of utensils/tools, keurig, water kettle, and full pantry of spices. Very spacious for cooking and dining. Had our 4 year old with us and she not only loved the pool and hot tub but also the backyard swing/slide set and games/toys inside. Pool was a bit cold but that is totally due to the weather and not the host! Great communication with host and super easy checkin and checkout process. Loved how close it was to Tobyhanna lakefront and miscellaneous shopping for last minute items.

Amazing Thanksgiving holiday with family

This was our 3rd Family Thanksgiving in the Poconos. House was great, enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. House is close to everything that you need (including Mt Airy Casino). Host was wonderful.

Poconos trip with family and friends

The house had plenty of rooms and plenty to do around the area close to the outlets and store.we loved the hottub and the game room. I highly recommend it.

Family Trip

I would recommend this home to anyone visiting the Poconos. The host, Vlad was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was very well maintained, cleaned and overall very comfortable. Those with small children should definitely look to stay here as the place is very kid friendly and has lots of amenities for the kids as well. I look forward in returning soon.

I would give this 3.5 stars if I could, but I will round up to 4. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. Plenty of space and was clean and relaxing. The property does need a little TLC (the deck had a couple of boards that stuck up and the stairs shook a bit when walking on them), also the kitchen was missing some basics (dish towels, pot holders, small pans). Also, the yard was a bit overgrown (tall grass and lots of plants that were in the way that needed to be trimmed). The pool was nice and the hot tub as well! I would give it a 7/10.

The house was very nice and the yard is beautiful. It has all of the basics that you would need and then some. There are only 8 towels total for the shower so bring extra or plan to do wash. Vlad was great and very responsive. Good location, close to main stores. Very happy with our stay. Such a nice getaway

Perfect getaway!

We were a 3 generations family of 6 and all adults, having a winter holiday getaway- 4 bedrooms with queen beds in each was perfect. Vlad is a magnificent host, quick to answer any questions. The house is immaculate! The kitchen it’s stocked with all utensils snd items! The hottub is fabulous!! The quiet woodland setting was so peaceful! The house is spacious and beautiful!- we all wish we could have stayed another week! Thank you Vlad!!
