Working from out of town

Came for a job at the Convention Center. Location was 4 min away. So much to explore so close. Restaurants under the unit is a plus. Great experience. I will definitely stay again.

Great little spot in a great part of town

The apartment did not disappoint! A couple of snafus with check-in but the property owner had it figured out in no time so I still rated it 5 stars for that process. The place was very clean and it should be noted that the only bathroom is up a flight of stairs. The hallway was quiet and you rarely heard anyone coming and going. you can see Bank of America stadium from the Balcony and easy walking distance to the field. The building has a couple of restaurants/bars attached that served great food with a nice, casual atmosphere. The pizza place(Bistone) serves excellent pies, and the Gateway Pub was our favorite little bar with very friendly and helpful clientele and bartenders. The food at the Gateway Pub was delicious too.

Quiet spot for a quick Charlotte visit

The size of the place actually caught me off guard, as it was much bigger than I anticipated. The apartment was very clean and had many of the amenities you would need for a visit, including plenty of towels! The shower was nice even though the water pressure was a bit weak. The location is so close to many things in downtown Charlotte. We were able to walk to/from the Convention Center with ease. The balcony and view is nice as well. I will say, the only complaint I have (and it’s minor) is the check-in process. The lockbox is not located on the second floor, but rather the 5th and it’s kind of tucked away so you’re not too sure what you’re looking for. You also have to use the key fob to get into the hallway for the apartment, and unlocking the apartment is a bit confusing at first. Other than that, everything was great including the host. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great Charlotte Stay

Peace of mind

I enjoyed my stay it was quiet and relaxing. The loft was very nice had everything I needed. I spent my late nights on the balcony looking at the city playing cards with my friend. I must say I enjoyed my stay. Will definitely come bk again.
