Séjour parfait au lac d'Iséo

Le logement est impeccable, au RDC de la maison des propriétaires, relativement au frais, avec un espace extérieur pour manger et profiter du jardin.Tout est fait pour que les enfants passent leurs meilleures vacances : jeux, piscine, poules, chats...Sale Marasino est une petite ville au calme, bien située (proche d'Iseo plus animée mais aussi des randonnées plus au nord du lac).Les propriétaires sont chaleureux et réactifs.Merci sincèrement à eux pour ce séjour très agréable et reposant !

Region Iseo See super! Ortschaft toll, Lage des Objekts oberhalb des Ortskerns ok. Preis daher ok. FeWo leider nur wenig gereinigt. Küche und Bad selbst noch einmal geputzt. Alte Küche stinkt im Spülenbereich. Bettwäsche und Handtücher ok. Kommunikation mit Anbieter gut. Fenster, Zimmerecken und Spiegel schmutzig. Verbrauchtes Geschirr und Besteck. Alter Gasdurchlauferhitzer, daher wenig Warmwasserdruck an den Zapfstellen. Katzen und Hühner auf Anwesen. Alte Möbel.

L'appartamento adesso nel 2024 è completamento ammodernato con una nuova cucina e un nuovo scaldabagno se questo era veramente il problema. Abbiamo cambiato le tende, imbiancato, riammodernato ma i prezzi sono ancora buoni. A tuttora abbiamo galline vicino all'appartamento perché le uova fresche sono una bontà a colazione e anche un gatto (che sta all'aperto e non infastidisce se non stuzzicato). Chiediamo, a chi legge, di notare che una rondine non fa primavera! Vi aspettiamo ;-)

Why they chose this property

For those who love sports holidays, Lake Iseo offers opportunities that simply cannot be missed. The variety of landscapes, the geological conformation and tourism services create a variety of sports activities that everyone will love (trekking, parks,natural reserves)

Any water sport is available (swimming, diving, katesurf and wakeboard...)

Of course we have excellents restaurants around us, shopping centers too in a few km, and tours and sightseeing...

What makes this property unique

The apartment is located in a panoramic view, over the lake and mountains. We are a few steps for the Antica Strada Valeriana road. In antiquity the Ancient Valeriana Road had represented the only way to reach Valcamonica from Brescian side by land.
Montisola is just in front of us, the panorama is super!

We love children, the apartment is fully equiped also for very young kids.
