Modern split level villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, perfect setting for a tranquil holiday.
Leading down a short rung of stairs from the entry level is the open plan living area, which has reverse cycle air-conditioning, spacious kitchen, modern wooden dining table with six chairs that flow through to the lounge with modular lounge suite. Also on this level are bedrooms two and three, the master bedroom and bathrooms are on the entry level. Also features EV charger in the carport for your convenience.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please load & run the dishwasher, and empty prior to departure, please ensure the dishes are clean before putting away. Hand washed dishes are to be dried and put away, not left on the sink.
Linen – sheets, pillow slips & duvet covers are to be left on the beds for collection, please leave towels in bathrooms or laundry not on bedding or carpet.
As there is no roadside rubbish bin collection, the inspector will empty the green sulo bins, therefore please ensure all rubbish is bagged up when placed in the green sulo bin on your departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great family stay

Fantastic location with modern equip home layout. Would have been better to have wifi connection for kids to get connected to tv network. DVD player provided but no DVDs. Other than that, lovely stay, close to amenities and peaceful nights. Definitely will recommend to friends.

Does not have wifi which does seem a little out of step with the cost of rental. It was very close to an adjoining house which was very noisy at night with New Years Eve going till 6am in the morning.
