Quiet West end of Panama City -with sand at your back door. Sit in your living room and gaze at the ocean. Sit on your deck (2 decks) one is located off of the living room and one off of the master bedroom. The view is breathtaking of the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico.

Swimming pool is private for Homeowners and guests and is accessible from the boardwalk located off of the balcony. Sit with your kids at pool and wait for the sunset!

Great Beachfront Getaway

Was a great experience all around. Percent location right on the sand, comfortable living in unit with all of the amenities of home and homeowner was super attentive and engaged on making sure best stay was achieved. Can’t wait to stay again!!

Perfect Pandemic Vacation Location

We had a wonderful time at the property. Carol was very responsive and so easy to work with. The private garage is great, and gives direct access to the unit. The view from the deck is beautiful. And you can walk straight out to the beach. We were there Labor Day weekend, and the beach still wasn’t too crowded. We went to the grocery store and cooked all our own food. It was such a wonderful vacation.

The location was in a great location like everyone said. Easy access to beach and it was not too busy! Carol was easy to work with and very responsive! Highly recommend this property!
