Hi Michele, thanks for staying with us. We're sorry our property didn't meet your expectations. We feel we accommodated your requests during your stay. Please ensure future hosts are aware that you're bringing a pet. Our property was left COVERED in pet hair which was un-expected and very disappointing.
Really enjoyed our stay here. Loved that it was walking distance to pretty much everything.
Garden in need of a little love though.

Convenient location but some drawbacksThe house is close to shops and cafés, and communication from the owner was prompt. However, it’s on a busy street, so traffic noise was noticeable for us. There’s one air conditioner in the living area, which didn’t cool the bedrooms well. The fans provided in the bedrooms were noisier were than we'd hoped for. The property would benefit from some general maintenance and cleaning to improve overall guest experience.
Busy road didn't bother us at night. Great enclosed back yard for dog to explore. Very hot day when we arrived & no air con at front so we appreciated arriving to find fans going in bedrooms, made a real difference.

The front door lock was held on by 1 of 3 screws, the 3 steps into the house were wet and slippery from the rain, and there was no handrail. This is a real hazard for elderly people. The back living area/kitchen has no blinds on the window or 2 very high back doors. This is like being in a fishbowl with the lights on at night, as the small back yard is overlooked by neighbours.
Great location and walking distance to all attractions in Bendigo. We enjoyed our stay at CBD.
The house is a charming heritage home with lovely features of yesteryear. Rooms are spacious and adequate.
On the down side, the home could do with a thorough dust, cushion covers need a wash and couches need new inserts, as there is no support at all. The laundry could do with a spruce up and a few laundry essentials added. Extra clothes pegs wouldn’t go astray. The garden needs pruning and tidying up.

We were disappointed the property was on a main road .. noise .. and was as old as it was. Basic is a word I would use. And the rubbish bins were full from previous guests! Not a good look.
Lovely property but not really suitable if person has mobility issues. Front 3 steps are a fall hazard, no handrail in toilet or shower, bed is too low. If we were 30 years younger would have been great.

This is a beautiful property. Styled gorgeously. All the things you could possibly need.
Excellent position in the cutest house. Thank you for all the special extras that made our short stay so comfortable. Our little dogs loved the backyard and the treats you left for them.
We hope to return to MyersCBD again.
Great location and lovely property! The owners were easy to contact & the check in process was smooth.
Unfortunately there are some hoons who go up & down the adjacent road overnight which is noisy.
Cosy, comfortable, homely and clean. The extra treats....chocolate biscuits, doughnuts and flowers added a lovely touch. Our only issue was the very noisy traffic on the busy street.
A nice period house with lots of character. We enjoyed being so close to the cbd and the great cafes, pubs and restaurants. Thanks for the hospitality.
