Located in the area of amazing food, entertainment, relaxation, vineyards, breweries, parks, beaches and much more. You can walk to all!

Four bedrooms (3 with queen beds, one with 2 queen beds, sofa sleeps 2 and fully stocked Eat in Kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, Keurig machine) Dining Room, Laundry Room, Living Room with TV. Plus Indoor Porch/Sitting room with sleeper. Cozy yard with outdoor furniture and Weber barbecue. Large Umbrella for shade. Plenty of closet space. Amazing linens. Cable and Fast Speed Wifi.

When they say walkable they mean it. We could access the beach, downtown and the L.I.R.R. within a short walk. Greenport is lovely and this house fits right in and was just what my group and I needed.

Sabrina’s home is great for a girls weekend. We loved that we could all comfortably sit around the dining room table and chat! The location was awesome and the walk to town was easy. We will definitely be back!

Greenport NY

Stayed in this property for 4 days for my nieces wedding. The house was an excellent choice for our party of 8. Well equipped and very clean. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay close to downtown Greenport.

Cute house in a cute town

We had a very nice stay for a family celebration. Host is very responsive and kind. House was perfect set-up for what we needed and very clean. Light on amenities: no beach towels or chairs/umbrellas, no coffee pot (there is a Keurig). We were asked to take our trash to the dump 15 minutes away—something we didn’t know was required at the time of booking — which was a pretty big hassle (especially with small kids and elderly grandparents) and makes me question why it’s not included in the cleaning fee.

Terrific Stay

My family and I are so happy with our stay. The host/manager responded timely and professionally to all of my questions. The location was ideal, a quiet block but walking distance to the busy town. The style and home decor were just beautiful and looked new/updated. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The house was super clean. The living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room were spacious, updated, and comfortable. The outdoor space was well kept and beautiful as well. Overall, this was a fantastic house rental and we would love to rent this house again in the future.

Great House in a Prime Location

We stayed at this property for a girls' wine weekend and it was the perfect house for us - spacious, extremely clean, and walking distance to downtown Greenport. I would recommend that you read all the house rules in detail, as they are strictly enforced. Overall, we had a great experience.

Girls Getaway

We stayed in this fantastic house,walking distance to shops,restaurants & of course the lovley carousel. Bright, spotless and spacious. Plenty of on street parking for the multiple cars. Owner was EXCELLENT and quick to respond. Looking forward to our next trip to Greenport (next time we will stay longer)

Beautiful house in a perfect location.

We loved being able to walk to dinner each night. Greenport’s center of town is lovely with great shops and dining options. The house is very close to wineries. Beds were very comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful house in amazing location

The house was perfect for our family holiday. It’s very clean, fresh and nicely decorated, with good size bedrooms and comfy spots to hang out altogether. We loved the close proximity to town and enjoyed walking over for a morning coffee, ice cream and dinner. Sabrina, the owner, was very responsive and lovely. Overall great experience and would stay again.

Perfection!!

This is the perfect house for a fun getaway weekend! Seven high school friends had plenty of room to gather in the comfy living room, eat around the huge dining table, and easily walk down the street into town. The house is decorated beautifully - beds were very comfortable. This was a perfect house for us and we plan to make this an annual reunion!!

Perfect location

Avoid summer traffic and just walk into town in this pristine property. We loved the cleanliness and airiness of the space. Towels seemed brand new as did the entire home! My only critique is that the property manager asks that you take all garbage with you, but does not give you location/directions of any places to deposit said garbage. Also, be aware that the loft bedroom is truly a loft off the kitchen. No door. Other than that, great stay and great spot!
