Located 2 miles from St Andrews State Park on the quiet side of the beach, but only 8 miles to Pier Park, where you can find all the shopping and entertainment you could want. Small complex, only 5 floors, 50 units.

Close to the main hwy but away from all the traffic. great location. Clean and everything you need I the condo. Comfortable. The owner was responsive immediately and very friendly. Id stay there again. Great codo.

We love this condo because it is on the quiet side of the beach in a small complex, on the ground floor and only feet from the sand!

What makes this property unique

We love having breakfast on the patio and watching the Dolphins and Pelicans in the early morning! The sunsets are amazing, different every evening!
