This lakefront LeRoy vacation rental cabin boasts 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,600 square feet of well-appointed living space. The property sleeps 10 and is situated right on scenic Rose Lake! Amenities include a waterfront yard with a swing set, a covered porch and 3-season porch, 4 kayaks, a rowboat and more. From here you're just 30 minutes from Cadillac and near the White Pine Trail.

lovely outside space!

There was a total of ten of us and the kitchen table only holds five people so we brought a sixfoot folding banquet table and used some chairs in the sunporch and it worked out fine. There was only ten plates so we did have to get inventive for finding serving platters for grilling and getting food on the table. All in all we had a lovely time and the outside furniture is all so comfortable and the Kayaks were a huge hit! Highly recommend this cottage. Our youngest 2, 4 7 and 9 and six adults and one dog. We were very comfortable and did not feel crowded.

Exceptional family getaway

We had a fantastic stay at this property and would highly recommend it for others! First, the property itself is situated for amazing views of the lake, and for most of our stay it felt very private and secluded. (Neighbors arrived next door with children before our stay ended, but our daughter enjoyed playing with new friends.) The yard also has spots of shades throughout the whole day, so there's always somewhere to lounge with a cool drink. The house had all of the essentials, including two A/C units that fought off the heat so we could sleep comfortably. We've stayed at many VRBOs, and this felt the most like a real home including comfy furniture (the only exception was that the master bed was a bit too on the firm side, but we just switched to another room). You could really tell that the owners loved this property, so we tried to care for it as our own during our stay.

Perfect for a family vacation!!!

The home was perfect, the pictures in the listing do not do it justice. From the start everything was 5 stars, the owners were very responsive to our questions. We had the entire family (grandparents, brothers, sisters, wives, kids and dog) for this stay and it was absolutely amazing. The house fit everyone perfect and had all the amenities that we needed to enjoy ourselves. The kids loved the swings outside and enjoyed going out in the kayaks with the adults or just fishing off the dock. The parents enjoyed the private beach where the kids could be seen and the parents just floating in the water. The boat house with the ping pong table was great for additional entertainment or just for storage of the inflatables. Plus the wifi and provided Amazon Fire sticks in all the rooms were a huge benefit during the cooler or rainy days. I've never heard of LeRoy, MI or Rose Lake before but the lake was perfect, small enough to kayak around but large enough for boats and tubing. LeRoy is a very small place but the village market and dollar store had everything we needed. Plus the pizza from Mr. Pibs is outstanding just be sure to save room for ice cream. I can't say enough good things about this listing. I would highly recommend it and would definitely stay again.

Perfect place to get away

This place is incredible. My family which consist of my husband , 2 boys and myself along with our 2 fur babies . We had a such a blast there. The ping pong table was a huge hit with us. The home has so much to offer . Everything was clean and organized. Communicating with the host Daniel was as easy as it gets. I would highly recommend this place. The view from just sitting in the living will take your breath away.

Great Cottage

Our family enjoyed our “getaway” while celebrating my husband’s birthday. The welcoming letter, bottle of wine along with lots of coffee showed me the Salva’s want their guests to have a enjoyable experience. The views were spectacular and the lake was like glass. Highly recommend and plan on coming back in 2020!

Great for littles!

My daughters and I had a great week at this cottage. Playing in the sand, swimmingin the lake, the swingset & rlthe row boat were all huge hits with the kids. My only complaint was the swimming area was kind of weedy. Kids don't care but I hate that feeling of seaweed on my legs. The cottage is fully stocked with all the basics. The decor is cute, the beds were comfy and there was plenty of room. Would totally recommend!

Wonderful memories

I took a lot of time to find something that had exactly what I was looking for. This property did not disappoint, it had everything on my list. The house is very well cared for and had a lot of amenities. We loved using the kayaks & having bonfires a night. It was awesome we would definitely stay again!

Absolutely Amazing

My family and I could not have asked for a better vacation experience with this rental. The property owner was so great to work with and answered any and all questions I had in a timely manner. The property was even better than we expected. It was very clean, spacious, and inviting with all the amenities listed and then some. I have 2 young kids and they really enjoyed the swing set by the lake. They also had plenty of room to run around and be kids in the spacious yard. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone!!

Multi Age Oasis

We all loved this cottage! The little kids enjoyed the sand and beach area while the older ones enjoyed sitting on the covered porch. Everything was so easily accessible and plenty of room to spread out. Having the washer/dryer was great and the shower was perfect. The air conditioning kept the rooms cool enough to enjoy the warmer weather but I would recommend bringing fans to help move the air more. The kayaks were in great condition, the fishing in June was bountiful and having the sand bar close by made it fun for the kids to go and play there. Firewood was provided for the fire pit. Had no issues with the internet and having Netflix and Amazon Prime was more than enough entertainment. It was truly a wonderful vacation and can't wait for next year!

We loved this Rose Ake cabin

The property was beautiful. The cabin was spacious and comfortable. We loved our stay here. We were able to get away from it all in a beautiful atmosphere, but still had a store and restaurant nearby. We were close to Cadillac. And enjoyed the kayaks, row boat, and fire pit. We really loved being right on the lake. The boat house was great as well.

Great Lake House Get Away

This cottage was more then we expected. The owners greeted us with a bottle of wine from Cadillac Winery. The place was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. There is plenty of room both inside and outside. Waking up to the view and fishing off the dock in the morning was very tranquil. Sitting around the fire pit, playing ping pong and bonding with family/friends in the evenings was another highlight. The owners were accommodating and available as needed. Highly recommend.
