Come stay in this newly renovated, beautiful apartment located just 1,500 feet from Baptist Hospital and 1 mile from downtown. Seasoned hosts will ensure that every amenity you need and desire is provided. This sparkling, clean apartment allows for the chance to get away while still providing the comforts of home. A first floor apartment, it has a large, open kitchen with brand new appliances and all the utensils, pots/pans, small appliances - and even spices- you need to make any meal.

You will appreciate tasteful touches throughout the home that make this an extra special getaway- including hardwood floors and granite countertops. This home also has its own laundry room and bathroom, as well as a sofa bed that fits two comfortably. Everything you might need to feel comfortable are at your disposal, including fresh towels and sheets, cozy blankets, a sound machine, laundry detergent, and K-Cups.

There are many amenities for your comfort and enjoyment, including a big screen Smart TV with cable and queen-size bed in the bedroom. Ample storage will allow you to unpack your suitcase and stay for as long as you desire! For your convenience, a parking lot is located in the rear of the building.

The pictures accurately represent the space, although furniture may change.

To maintain the quality of this home and keep a hypoallergenic environment, there are no pets allowed. Smoking and drugs are not permitted, and we ask that all guests respect neighbors by following a 10pm quiet time policy.

Because the entire facility is owned and managed by a seasoned Superhost, you can be assured of a quality experience.

Guest have full and completely private access to the apartment. Parking is included.

All was fresh and new. Only suggestion would be that online it says two bedroom and it is a one bedroom with a pullout. Worked great for us. (also adding a colander to the kitchen) we would definitely come back.

One month stay

Sofa was uncomfortable due to pronounced sagging. Property manager responses were fast and effective. Front door was warped and desperately needed replacing and insulation around door frame. Unit was well supplied with cleaning materials, etc. there is a periodic leak above the bathtub that appears to come from the floor above. See the stains at the wall/ceiling joint at back of the tub. A small eating table 2 chairs would be nice. Our stay was pleasent and satisfactory.

Clean and Convenient

This apartment is set up well for longer stays, with a location that's convenient to most of Winston-Salem, especially Baptist Hospital. It is on a main artery through the neighborhood, and the apartment faces the road, so it's not unusual to hear sirens. The apartment itself is well appointed and comfortable.
