At the club house we have tennis court, basketball court, volleyball court, a playground for kids and big pool for those who love swimming.

The pool and lanai were my favorites for sure! Pool was comfortable temperature even during this cooler February. House was located in a great neighborhood that is close to Lockwood Ridge and 70 shops and restaurants. Kitchen was well equipped. Easy to contact the host for small needs, which were immediately responded to. Great stay!!

We enjoyed our relaxing stay over the month of January 2025. The house is just big enough and the pool was a bonus for us. With family close by, it was a great location; close to everything we needed. The manager was very attentive to our needs, making the stay even more to our liking.

Great kitchen and screened in pool

This place was really nice for three adults and three kids to stay and save money during a soccer showcase at Img. The pool and outdoor seating were really nice and screened in. The kitchen had everything needed to cook meals. Easy to get to and to travel to other places in Bradenton.

great stay at Homeaway!

Very clean and well furnished home. But the best was the awesome private pool where we spent many hours. The host, Kenia Nunez, was very courteous and extremely quick to respond to any of our questions. We will definitely book this home next time we are back in Bradenton.

Located in a quiet neighborhood this house had the perfect backyard for dogs and couple. The pool was stunning and having a fenced in yard was a huge plus! Kenia is super responsive and willing to help with anything. Can’t wait to come back!

Girls Getaway

We were looking for a quite relaxing weekend as a girls getaway and this was the perfect home away from home. The house is in the perfect location not far from the beaches or grocery stores. The house actually looks better than the photos. We had a couple of hiccups in the beginning but the host worked quickly to resolve and was very good with communication. Would definitely stay again!

As advertised. Beautiful house, pool, and neighborhood. Check out was a simple. Ever stayed in a place with a list of 25 things they want done before you leave and still charge hundreds for cleaning fee? This is NOT that place. Basically set the AC, lock up and leave. I would stay again.

Great family visit

We had my two son’s family’s with us to visit my daughter’s family who lives near this home. The pool was great and the place was super clean. Also had two washers and dryers which was great for keeping towels fresh for 8 people. Only slight issues was that Spectrum Wi-Fi speed was inconsistent ranging from 10MBs/sec to 50MBs/sec. We might have overwhelmed it as we had around twenty devices trying to connect so it kept disconnecting.

Had a blast.

Our family did not want to leave. We had a blast. It was wonderful to have the pool right out our door. The kids loved it. Plenty of towels. We ate most of our meals at the house. The only thing is we could of used was more forks. Quite neighborhood. The only thing we were disappointed in was we couldn’t go to the ocean cause of the red tide.
