Quiet area to enjoy the nature, 5 minutes drive from the town centre and many beaches and coves. Spacious 3 bedroom apartment. Two double beds, 2 single beds and a sofa bed. Main bathroom with bathtube and small bathroom with shower. Big living room with open kitchen. Big and spacious terrace where you can have nice cool evenings in summer, for the rest of the year you can still enjoying the terrace in the glazed terrace. The flat is located in an area higher than the town so the temperature in summer is cooler and there is no need for AC and you have direct access to different trekking routes.

Maison à Roses
La maison est bien en elle même mais quand il fait 35 à 40 degrés à l’extérieur, c’est intenable à l’intérieur de la maison car il n’y a pas la Clim.
Il manquerait un store afin de pouvoir manger sur la terrasse ainsi que la lumière extérieure pour la soirée.

La location correspond parfaitement à l'annonce.
L'appartement est très agréable à vivre, sa situation est très calme, et sa grande terrasse est des plus plaisante.

nous avons adoré notre séjour à Rosas !! la vue depuis le mirador est à couper le souffle !!! nous sommes à 5 minutes e de la plage et des commerces en voiture et il y a un parking gratuit tout près de la citadelle . Nous avons passé un sejour très agréable ...le seul bemol c'est la place de parking trop petite pour nous qui avions un minibus sinon nous avons pass" une semaine très agréable !!!! merci Eva

Bel appartement dans les hauteurs de Rosas
L appartement est situé dans une petite copropriété située dans les hauteurs de Rosas, au calme, à 10 minutes de la plage en voiture (se garer vers le parking du site archéologique sinon difficile de se garer en bord de mer). L'appartement est propre,bien aménagé, et bien équipé. Il n'y a pas la clim mais l'appartement est bien situé donc il n'y fait pas trop chaud. La terrasse est grande. Nous avons pu facilement garer nos 2 véhicules.
