I was attending Solar Energy International (SES) and this location was perfect. Close to “down town”, minutes away, and less than a 10 minute drive to SES.

My husband Roger and I have lived in Paonia for 25 years. We're both semi-retired, I worked in the health-care field and I'm a Pilates instructor now. Roger was a contractor and enjoyed building our studio for our friends and family to use.

We both enjoy the Colorado sun, and the peace & quiet of the great outdoors. We love to bike, hike and play with friends and family. And we love our wonderful, ever so special dog and cat!

Why they chose this property

We love this neighborhood, we are walking distance to both town parks, Apple Valley park has tennis and pickleball courts.
We are a short up hill bike ride to the best BLM single track bike trails, and we are walking biking distance to town restaurants and art galleries and shopping.

What makes this property unique

Our mountain views make our property very special. We have the best night sky watching, a wonderful fire pit, a quiet nieghborhood, and our neighbors the US Forest service keeps their horses right next door and they are fun to watch and have near by.
