Beautiful Apartment In Bucerias. Wi-Fi, TV Cable only 7 minute walk to Beach 3 blocks, easy access to shopping Chedraui, Mega, Farmacias and other Restaurants, Swimming Pool, Outdoor Shower, Outdoor Patio off and BBQ Grill, terrace and nice yard.
The house consists of three completely independent apartments, located in the golden zone of bucerias, you can enjoy the common areas, make a BBQ on the grill, relax in the garden, read a book on the terrace or swim in the pool with warm water, the house is very safe and illuminated, have the confidence that you will be in good hands and spend an incredible time here.
All rooms have air conditioning, kitchen with everything you need, microwave, TV cable Wi-Fi, the pool always has warm water, and has a garden and sunbeds, BBQ grill

Great room in good location

Located only a short walk to the beach, nice neighborhood, great deal for a budget stay. Room was nice. Manager upgraded our room size for same price. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely use again!

Nice stay

We had some issues with the unit when we arrived but the owner drove from Guadalajara to fix the problem. He moved us to another unit and we really enjoyed our stay. We appreciated the great service recovery. Nice pool and great rooftop lounging area. Large grocery store nearby. 7 minute walk to beach and 7 to 15 minute walk to many restaurants. A long-time tenant, Robert, was very friendly and helpful during our two-week stay.

Well situated to the grocery store, lots of space, comfy beds, kitchen had enough dishes. Downstair neighbour welcoming and helped us sort any issues, greeted us and gave us keys. Excellent ambassadors. Building is being added onto and is a bit of a construction zone. Noisy construction from other buildings but lovely and quiet at night.

Perfect Paradise

We enjoyed every aspect of this 3 unit property. It offers plenty of opportunities to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather of Bucerías in a sunny and very private backyard. The owner is very hands on and responds immediately to any request. The pool and outdoor areas are as well maintained as the insides of the units. It is in a very safe part of Bucerías and everything you need is just a short walk. We have booked a 3 month stay next year. You will not be disappointed if you stay at this location.
