This LARGE two story home features two living areas and two dining areas to fit your large extended family. The home is a six-bedroom / four-bathroom and can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people.

Upstairs there's 2 Master bedrooms that has a ensuite bathroom and another room with a King size bed. The next two rooms have 2 twin beds for each room, one with a Frozen theme for your girls and one with the Cars theme for your boys. Downstairs we have a bedroom with a Queen bed-- perfect for Grandma and Grandpa, which going up the stairs may be difficult.

The garage is equipped with an arcade, pool table, air hockey table, and foosball table.

Just outside of the sliding glass doors is access to your large pool deck with a covered sitting area and in ground pool and spa; a great place to enjoy the great Florida weather! From the aerial view, you can see how close the home is to the playground, and you also get a view of the amazing Windsor Hills Water Park!

You will enjoy free wi-fi, cable, and AC throughout the house. If you are bringing little ones, you will find that we have provided all the baby equipment (cribs, high chair, strollers) all that you will need to make your vacation a memorable one.

All towels, linens, and basic toiletries are free of use.

We had a great stay, we choose this location because it was a guarded community so we felt really safe and it was really quiet after 9pm as per their rules as that was also a concern. The kids also really enjoy the water slides. Your home was also wonderful plenty of space for the 12 of us and the kids really enjoy the Playstation 4. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Another Excellent Stay At Windsor Hills!

We absolutely loved this house! It was very comfortable, very clean, well equipped and organized. The host was awesome! We had the pleasure of meeting him. He was very nice and easy to get a hold of and to talk to. I will definitely be contacting him again for another stay!

The house and location was beautiful, the check-in instructions were great, everything went really well! The only complaint I had is that on several occasions I reached out to the manager with questions, and never received any return messages.

Plenty of Spaces

My family and friends had a peaceful to rest up from all the resorts. This location is near the all the theme parks, close to Walmart for us to grab additional items, close to restaurants and most of all... plenty of space for all the kids to roam around, game area, big enough pool for them to splash away. Chai was communicative and able to provide what we need to feel comfortable. Thank you Chai and I highly recommend booking with his properties.

Home away from home.

I will start with the owner. They were very responsive and kind every time we spoke with them. (We had one small issue with the pool alarm but it was resolved quickly and with ease) There was no waiting on hold with a property manager or call center you speak with the owner directly which is WONDERFUL. The house and pool were great, I think the kids spent more time in the pool and the game room than they did with us! The neighborhood was beautiful and very secure, which we really loved since we’re from the country lol. I definitely recommend this property!!!!

Exactly what we were looking for

This house had everything we needed for our Disney vacation. The kids loved the game room and PlayStation. We did pay to heat the pool and it didn’t heat up enough for me, but the kids didn’t seem to mind and honestly we weren’t there long enough to really even swim. We would most definitely rent again and suggest to others. Perfect distance from all the Disney parks, restaurants and Walmart.

Very nice home

It felt like home renting this property. Close to nearby stores. Great amenities. Spacious place. Backyard was nice and a bit private since not many neighbors were out. It would be nice if the hot tub was a part of the rental fees. And toiletries were provided more along with other necessities such as dish soap, laundry detergent, & trash bags.

Very satisfied!

We booked this house for our family vacation. The manager was very communicative, informational and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure our requests were met. The property was clean and had a washer and dryer. We loved the arcade in the garage. The pool was spacious. The neighborhood is in a gated community so the area is secured. I love that there is a playground down the block and a free community swimming area and water slides within walking distance. There are lots of stores and restaurants nearby. We will definitely rent again when we come back to FL.

I will review the entirety of my experience staying at this property. First - the house was exactly as described in the listing. That is always a plus and was appreciated. The owner was very responsive to my questions before we arrived and there was absolutely no problem getting into the property. It is in a gated community with a 24 hour security guard so there are no safety concerns of any type. The house is not new, so if you are looking for something that is brand new, this might not be for you and that is the only reason this was not rated 5 stars. However, that did not bother us at all. The bedrooms were sizeable and well maintained. The beds were comfortable. The appliances seem to be new and we appreciated being left some dish soap etc. to get the stay started. We paid for the pool heat and although it helped, it was still a bit cool (there was a cold front that came through which certainly contributed to that). There was a gameroom that we did not use much, but a nice foozball table, a pool table, air hockey and a video game. There was also a PlayStation that we did not use but the kids said was filled with good games. Location was great, easy if you are going to Disney or even to I-4 for a trip to Daytona or Tampa. Overall, it was a very good experience, primarily because of the location and the communication with the owner. I will definitely look at this property for my next trip to Orlando.

Our family of 9 just stayed here & had a wonderful time! It was so nice to have this as our landing spot to all come together to relax in the pool, eat & just enjoy family time together. This house worked wonderfully as it is close enough to Disney & Universal that we could take a few hour break in the afternoon at the house & then go back to the park. Our host Chai did a great job communicating & making sure everything was good.

Family Disney Trip

Our family 7 adults 1 handicap adult in a wheelchair with 4 kids. Stayed in this beautiful home. Its was nice but the owner or manager only left us 2 garbage bages for 6 days. No pool towells for the pool. We had to use our own that we just happened to bring in the rv that we rented to drive to Florida. We had to call the owner or manager from the security office to okay us to get into Windsor Estates. He was supposed to send them a email with our information but he didn’t. So that took almost a hour. All in all we had a great time in Florida
