Stay was nice. Good location and nice pool. Downside is that we saw 6 cockroaches during our stay. 4 dead and 2 alive. Exterminators came and sprayed, but we still saw live ones after that.

We do apologize for any issues with unwanted insects. Since we’ve owned the property, we’ve maintained a regular pest control schedule, and in the desert environment, diligence is key. Depending on seasonal moisture and heat, occasional increases in activity can occur, and during those times we schedule additional treatments to maintain comfort for our guests. Over the last eight years, guest reviews consistently reflect a high level of satisfaction with the property and its cleanliness, and we remain committed to keeping it well-maintained for everyone’s enjoyment.

We LOVED our stay in this beautiful home! Mountain View’s out of the front door and the pool in the back yard! My husband and son loved the putting green! Close to all sorts of good things to do, places to eat, etc. Would definitely recommend!

Comfortable and very clean. Pool was wonderful!!The only glitch was the drain in guest bathtub didn't drain well; and you would be standing in lots of water while taking your shower.

Great house

House as advertised and shown in pictures. Safe quiet neighbourhood, close to shopping and activities we participated in. This was the most fully equipped/stocked rental house we have stayed in. A lot of nice touches. Stop by before you shop to see what is supplied. Any questions were answered quickly. Would definitely stay here next trip to Scottsdale

Beautiful home in great location!

The house was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed to make ourselves at home. The only negative was that the pool pump/cleaner is quite loud and it was hard to have conversations over the noise while relaxing outside. Otherwise the house was lovely and well equipped.

Easy and nice experience

This home was great and met all of our needs. I appreciated that the pantry was stocked with basics - sugar, flour, spices - and the kitchen had everything I needed, even sharp knives. The owners even put up a little fake christmas tree and some pointsettias for us which was very thoughtful! The pool was heated throughout our visit and with 3 kids - ages 12, 10 and 7 - we took advantage of this. We had no need to communicate with the management company which, to me, means I had all the info I needed and it was a very easy experience.

House was very kid friendly: games, books, water toys, putting green. Heated pool a bonus! A little trouble getting into the garage when we double locked the front door. I felt the property manager should have had the info to let us in instead of having to wait for the property owner to get back to us. Otherwise, great location in. Orth Scottsdale.

The house is nicely furnished (including a great washer and dryer), fully stocked and ready to go. The house has lots to recommend it. Unfortunately, I had a very bad allergic reaction to something in the house. Terrible respiratory symptoms. Don’t know what it was, but I was really sick.

Best Little Get Away

This is an amazing house. Your home away from home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay. House located in nice quiet neighborhood, super close grocery and shops and stocked with everything you need and would have forgotten! Owners super responsive. A storm had come in score we arrived and left tree debris behind in pool and yard. Owners responded quickly to my call and had someone out in less than 3 hours The house is exactly like the pictures but more beautiful in person. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with others. I am already planning my next trip
