1 bedroom 1 bathroom newly updated, new carpet, new appliances and furniture. Queen sleeper sofa and ca king bed. Has all needs, dishes, utensils, cookware, coffee pot. Beach and pool towels, beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrella. Grounds are gated and have resort style pool, bbq area and spa. Ping pong, pool and small putting area. Ground are lush with several ponds and water features including a large gathering of koi fish. Each building has laundry area with washer and dryers for a small fee. Steps to the beach and Oceanside peer. Less than an hour away from San Diego and Disney.

It was very clean but it was very hot and took a while to cool down, the laundry was crazy having to get an app to do laundry and I couldn’t park my truck in the parking it was so tight, but wonderful area and clean

We just LOVE North Coast Village and stay there whenever we come to Oceanside. This place was clean, nicely decorated, and very well-stocked. We were SO grateful for the beach supplies: chairs, umbrella, wagon, towels. It was so helpful for our trip! Would stay again!

Week at the beach

The condo was clean and in a great location. There were plenty of the “beach needs” (chairs, towels, etc.). We went the last week of June and the weather was perfect. Sunny and not too hot yet. Just a great experience and the host was very responsive and helpful. Only thing to be aware of is the parking space reserved for this condo is between a wall and a cement pillar so a bigger car or truck would have difficulty parking there. Other than that it was great!

Great for a family

Facility is a comprised of separate buildings connected by a maze of tree lined pathways. Grounds are very well maintained, and protected by security fences. There are nearby restaurants, and the Oceanside peer is just a short walk down the beach.

Beautiful condo at beach

This condo was just perfect - good size, on great property (lots of plants/waterfalls/etc), right next to beach. The overall property is huge with many units in smaller buildings of 3-4 floors. Lots of stairs to get around the property so not for mobility issues. Beach has smooth sand and fun watching the surfers.
