Esta casa tiene 7 habitaciones con capacidad para 22 personas. Está ubicada justo en la playa de Punta Sam y frente a Isla Mujeres. A 20 minutos del centro de la ciudad de Cancún, a 5 minutos del puerto donde se toma el ferry para Isla Mujeres y a 40 minutos aproximadamente del aeropuerto internacional de Cancún. Cuenta con sala de tv, cocina, comedor, sala, terraza, pecera, mesa de billar, wi fi, estacionamiento privado, muelle privado, zona de playa, alberca y amaneceres maravillosos.

Martha and David Are Amazing

Honestly there is nothing bad I could say about the stay. Check in was a breeze, the house was really beautiful and David was so amazing!!! The only downsides were the water pressure and there we was leak in the kitchen coming from the ceiling. Outside of that, David was there to handle any immediate needs or concerns we had, and Martha was easy to communicate with. You will be greeted by an Iguana lol we named him Alejandro lol. He’s harmless though. I will definitely be back again.

AC system was down. Impossible to get a hold of host via phone. Had to leave property and find a hotel at midnight. Didn’t receive only received 70% refund. Find somewhere else.

Great home!

This house was awesome and full-equipped, everything we needed was there, from towels to bathroom amenities. Very clean! It was just perfect for my family reunion of 17 people. If this house is available next year for another family vacation, we will surely rent this house again.

Great house -- fun for large groups!

I was tasked with planning my brother's bachelor party in Cancun, and we knew we wanted to rent a house for the weekend. Found this house on VRBO and it looked perfect... tons of sleeping space, a pool, grill, pool table, etc. Showed up and it was exactly as described and really worked out perfectly for us. The property manager was very quick to respond to any questions I had beforehand, and made everything really easy. House was perfect for us! Looked just like the online photos, was in really good shape, and was an awesome home base for a weekend in Cancun with 15 guys. Easy cab access to downtown Cancun area. Pool was nice, and had a private beach right in front as well. Not much else to say... excellent experience, highly recommended especially for large groups e.g. bachelor/bachelorette parties.
