Amazing view!

Loved the patio with the view of the gulf. Had a few things that needed fixed (ceiling fans, sliding doors and sink nozzle) It had basic beach chairs and umbrella. No beach towels. Overall it was a great vacation.

Excellent location, property, and gulf views. Mattress and pillows needs some updating. Windows and doors need maintenance. Decor and furnishings are perfect. The property is clean, quiet, easy to access, and located near restaurants, shops and stores (grocery, pharmacy).

Great view and location!

The view was excellent! Being able to sleep with the door open and listening to the ocean waves was absolutely amazing. The unit kitchen is extremely stocked with everything that you could possibly need in more. The bedroom bed is nice and large and comfortable to sleep. bathrooms are all updated and very nice. The water pressure in the unit is lacking and the living room furniture is dingy and dirty. I would stay in this unit again since those are just minor details that didn’t ruin our time.

Nice place on ST Pete beach but needs a little updating

In general, this was a nice place to stay. Check in was great and the room was ready well before advertised check in time. Ocean views were as advertised. Sunsets from the porch were fantastic. On the downside the living room furniture was pretty disgusting. The chair was very dirty and stained. The couch was also well used. The owner should spend a couple of days rent to update these along with a newer version of TV that allows access to standard internet channels such as amazon prime, and netflix. The bathrooms were in great shape and bedroom was good size. The kitchen was in good shape and it has a nice large granite bar but stove is very outdated. The other downside for us was how close the porch is to the pool being a second-floor unit. There was no privacy when sitting on the porch if people were at the pool. The pool and hot tub are both heated and very clean. Access to beach chairs/umbrellas for rent was also very convenient.

This is a well furnished condo with an awesome view of the Gulf. Swimming pool and Jacuzzi were right there. Would definitely stay here again.
