We had a very nice stay. The unit is sunny with a 3rd floor view of the Gulf. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. The other residents were friendly, but not intrusive, and the front office staff was helpful when needed.

Week February 24th to March 1st

Very convenient location and facility. All is there to enjoy the condo and the beach is across the street. Beds are a little small and mats are too soft, but really that did not change our appreciation of the week. Thanks.

Never Again

Front desk decided to put us in a different room with different beds than we booked for when we checked in. TV didn’t work for 2 days. Shower would not drain.. standing in inches of water when you shower. Was supposed to be a family vacation and we ended up in separate rooms. Not impressed, will never book again and will not recommend. Discouraging experience.

Amazing location right across from Saint Pete Beach

My colleague and I rented this condo during our weeklong stay in Saint Pete Beach for a wedding. The condo was perfect for us and right across from the beach. Nice quiet area and great place for families. Plenty of great bars and restaurants within walking distance. This whole area has a very chill friendly vibe and I can’t wait to go back

Spring Break 2022

This was our first stay at The Gulf Winds and we will definitely be back! The condo was just as described. It was clean, the property was well cared for and the people that owned some of places were all very nice! The location was very close to the beach and within walking distance to a ton of restaurants. Parking was a little bit of an issue when we first checked in since it was a weekend, but some locals gave us some pointers so we were able to find parking after a little bit. Thanks for a great week Gulf Winds!

The property was beautiful, the view is wonderful from the 3rd floor. Our family had a great time. The room was nice and bright and the staff came to our room with our issues that were easily fixed. All in all a nice place and the pol was heated that was a big plus also.
