Amazing location and views!

Great location right across from the beach and within walking distance to John's Pass. Ocean views were better than the pictures. Amazing sunset views!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was no umbrella supplied and renting an umbrella on the beach costs $35. So we bought a $25 umbrella that worked great for two people. We left it there for future guests to use! During our stay, the condo never got below 75 degrees, but that's probably an A/C unit issue that can be fixed (my guess is it needed freon) Overall we REALLY enjoyed staying here and hope to stay here again in the future!

Great location!

Great location: Walking distance to the pier, restaurants, and most importantly, the beach!! Don't expect anything fancy: Beach chairs but no beach towels, dishwasher but no dishwasher tabs, washer/dryer but no detergent, pans but very few cooking amenities (no olive oil, aluminum foil, etc). Staff and people were friendly. Sunset was beautiful.
