Sea Breeze #301 is a direct Gulf Front condo with a large private balcony overlooking the beach. This corner unit also has a second balcony off the master bedroom that overlooks the Bay. Spacious two bedroom, two bathroom condo with 1420 sq. ft. The master bedroom has two double beds and the second bedroom also has two double beds. Sleeper sofa in the living room. TV's in the living room and both bedrooms. Free cable and Wi-Fi internet. One parking pass provided (second pass may be available upon request). Sea Breeze is located directly on the beach with private beach access. The large pool deck with Jacuzzi is beach front. Property also offers BBQ grilling area with picnic tables, Bocce Ball court, and tiki huts. Laundry facilities available on the 4th and 7th floors. Johns Pass Village is just 5 blocks away.

We really enjoyed our stay and like this condo and the building. The maintenance staff was excellent and the property is very well maintained and clean. The condo size is amazing - lots of room and light in the units. Great location! We'll look forward to being back next year!

Beautuful Beach

Can't beat the location. Beach is beautiful. Unit was not very clean. Sand on the floor. Bathroom sink. floor, and shower with hair on it. Cabinets in master bathroom sticky. No beach towels or beach chairs like other units. Coffee pot not working right. Will be back next year, Just not in this unit.

Amazing view and quickest walk to the beach. Older building but well maintained. The building/grounds are kept very clean. Pool area had tons of beach equipment.
