Enjoyed our stay. Beach was wonderful. Condo was clean. Condo building only had one elevator and it was not working part of one day. Condo could use some updated wall decor, especially in main areas, but not a huge deal to us. Kitchen had a framed fabric quilted goose on one wall (think 80's craft), framed fruit pic over the table in kitchen, and a collection of antique children pictures(not actual photos) on outside of kitchen wall. Door requires a key. Kitchen did not have a pizza cutter, scissors, and did not have a single pot holder or oven mitt. Overall, the condo was great for our week vacation and we loved the view of the beach from the balcony. The pool and hot tub were nice size and plenty of available lounge chairs around the pool, even for a holiday weekend. We didn't have any issues with picking up or dropping off keys but did require a separate stop at the realty management office to do so, which is a minor inconvenience when ubering to and from airport to condo. However, the realty office was on same street and only about half a mile away.
We had a direct view of the ocean and easy access to the beach. There is also a pool on site. The place was clean and had everything, we only needed to bring food and basic items. The decor and furniture is a little dated but didn't distract from the experience. The location is a 10 minute walk to John's Pass and there is a 7-11 arcross the street. Checking in and out was super easy and quick.
We had a great time at this condo! It was beyond perfect for us. The location was amazing and right on the beach. We loved waking up to the waves and dolphins daily. The Winn Dixie was right down the road to get any toiletries and food that we needed. We would LOVE to stay there again.
Nice unit. Plenty of room and functional for its purpose

We had a wonderful experience and have recommended the property to other family members and friends.
My friend and I did a girls trip and wanted a beachfront hotel with 2 bedrooms. The condo was large, clean, and welcoming. The ocean view was amazing! Beds were comfy. I would recommend a few minor repairs to the condo, but it definitely did not disrupt our stay by any means. Thanks for a great stay!
We enjoyed the property very much. We were able to keep an eye on our ten year old at the pool and the beach from our balcony. The view is spectacular. Very spacious condo. John's Pass is right down the road. Seven Eleven is walking distance. Many restaurants nearby. Beautiful family vacation spot!
The property had the needed spaced we desired and was accurately represented on site. Happy to find something with beach view like we had at the last minute. However, unit is very dated, we had an issue with the toilet in the hall bathroom that supposedly was taken care of although I never received a call after I left a message about issue and had to call back to check on situation. Towels in bathrooms definitely need to be larger!
The location was great and check in/check out process was really easy. They didn’t have beach towels which was surprising for a beachfront property. The patio had a great view but the sliding glass door was broken and didn’t lock. Luckily, it is on the 4th floor. Some parts looked recently updated but the furniture definitely needed to be replaced. Overall, great location.

Response to fix leak in kitchen and garbage disposal was quick. The new floors are great, but the rest of the unit is very dated and could use some upgrades.

Cheap and not nice
Cheap beds, cheap furniture no dish soap not even toilet paper that you can use! Elevators broke had to pay hotel for handicap parents now working on reimbursement! Need to invest in nice furniture and more items for your guest. Would not recommend at all.
The view and location was perfect. The condo pictures don’t reallly reflect the 1960’s era decorations. The sofa is outdated and you sink to the floor. There have been a few upgrades. Light fixture in closet without a cover. No ceiling fan in 2nd BD No beach towels or chairs to use. I renamed the condo Motel 6 because that was the level of bath towels and plain Jane this condo was. No W/D in unit but a laundry area by the elevator to pay. We wouldn't rent this condo again.
Overall we had a nice stay and the location was wonderful, on the beach and walking distance to Johns Pass. I would give the location 4 stars. However the property itself is rather run down. I would say its like an old 2 star motel. The beds were not very good (very squeaky), towels were small/thin, furnishings rather beat-up. WiFi was fine (we didn't even turn on the TVs). The ceiling fan in the master bedroom is on its last leg and was rather loud. It was nice that the master closet had some beach chairs, pool floaties, boogie board, small cooler, etc, but there were NO pool/beach towels. Make sure to bring your own or plan to buy some. No laundry in the unit, but pay laundry available by elevator (we did not use this). Kitchen at least had salt/pepper, and some coffee filters, but no extra trash bags. No dish soap/sponge or surface cleaning spray, and just a tiny roll of paper towels with a couple of dish towels. Kitchen was fine but you will need your own spices (we left ours for next guests). AC worked great. If you have the right expectations its an ok place for a short beach vacation, nothing fancy with a nice view. Honestly the worst thing was the elevator in the building. It was small and soooo sloooow with no fan/ventilation. It felt like it was going to die every time we used it. And there is only one elevator. Everyone using it commented/complained about it. The elevator is the main thing that would keep me from staying at this property again.
The condo grounds and pool were very well kept. Location was perfect. 8 min walk to John’s pass and easy beach access. Condo itself was good. Needs a good deep clean and some updating but suited our immediate needs as we spent most of our time outside. Kitchen was stocked with utensils, pans, etc.
We had dolphins swimming outside our condo several days. The location is perfect. Close to everything

Disappointed
The condo I stayed in was not very clean. Very outed. Blinds broken. Holes in wall. Bathroom was dirty. Dishes were saved dirty. ...after we cleaned the condo made sure property was aware of issued .we had a very nice time. We love the beach. Great view.
Room was not gross but the cleaners could have done a better job. All in all a nice place, bug free, great view, and great price. We would stay again.

Should of stayed in a hotel
My mother and I stayed at this condo last week. We requested contactless entry which we were emailed about. There was no such thing. We had to go to a management office down the street to get keys and security codes. There is a code you have to enter to go into the elevator and in and out of the pool and beach. We got up to our room and it has not been updated at all since 1970. There are plenty of pots and pans and drinkware but that is it. It has two of the cheapest washclothes, hand towels and small bath towels in each bathroom along with one hotel soap plus one roll of toilet paper. There are no beach towels and there is not a washer dryer in the unit. You will have to go and buy dishwashing liquid, trash bags, dishwasher soap, toilet paper, etc. The coffee maker is the autodrip kind so dont forget to get coffee and coffee filters versus keurig cups. We did contact the owner to see if we could have a 11:00am check out versus 10:00am and he said to call management. They said no and actually had the cleaning people show up 15 minutes early to make sure we were out on time. I will say on one positive that it is right on the beach and you have a great view however paying That much a night with all the extra fees, I would of rather stayed in a hotel.
