The house was filled with beautiful artwork and inviting outdoor space. The landscaping was stunning. The host provided a large bowl of fresh fruit and access to the lemon and fruit trees on the property. She was very responsive to our needs. It made our trip even more rejuvenating.

This house was a great base for our stay in SLO. While we had some minor issues, the owner was incredibly responsive in addressing them. The house is comfortable, has a lot of character, and in a nice neighborhood location. We were greeted with a great fruit platter and welcome sign, and the hot tub was put to good use. The only note is the white living room couch - care is needed with kids, beverages, food, etc.

Great Stay

Me and my family of 11 stayed at this house and had a wonderful stay. The house and its descriptions match and we were satisfied with all the house had to offer. The location was perfect and we were central to downtown SLO, the airport, and some of the beaches which worked out very well. Communication was flawless with the host and we had no issues with check in procedures.

We loved how many rooms and beds this place had! The accommodations were lovely - we enjoyed the bottle of wine and the nice new fridge with great filtered water + ice! Communications with the host was seamless. Thanks for the stay!

This was the best vacation rental I’ve ever stayed at. The little details like the personalized welcome sign and chocolates, stocked fridge and pantry, and thoughtful touches put it over the top. Great location near everything in SLO. Thank you!

Good Vibes

This was a nice place and my group really enjoyed our time. The house is in a quiet neighborhood not too far from downtown San Luis Obispo, the beach, and Costco - super convenient! It comfortably slept everyone in my group and we got a kick out of all the interesting art in the home. Overall I would recommend!

We had a great family stay! We planned a surprise party for our Cal Poly daughter. The owner was so helpful and responsive. Her welcoming touches were cute and appreciated. Our ages were 17-50. We spent $18 on an uber to go downtown one night. Home is in a nice quiet neighborhood. It was a fun stay. Thank you Cecile

Great place in SLO

Great clean, quiet house for a family reunion. Our group had three different family units staying together and there was plenty of space for everyone. It is bigger-kid friendly, but also had a lot of artwork and sculptures that required us to keep an extra close eye on the young kids and baby. Some of the furniture was difficult to keep clean with all of the kids and guests, but we did our best. Hostess was friendly, available at any time, and super helpful throughout our stay! Our photos clearly show that Casa DeMartini is a unique experience with our home decor. Unfortunately, Jessica’s family left food stains on the furniture and spilled liquids on the carpet. We ended up cleaning up all the stains and did not charge Jessica. In return, she rated us 4-stars for not having a kid friendly home. Those who read this review will see that we consistently receive a 5-star rating due to ensuring our guests arrive to a clean home, fresh linens, bottle of local wine to help with a day of stressful travels, and clean hot tub ready for fun and relaxation. If this is what you look for in a VRBO, then Casa DeMartini is perfect for your stay.
