We had an amazing stay in Dataw Island. The property offered something for every member of the family from kayaking to biking, swimming pool, fishing, crabbing, and overall relaxation. It was an excellent one for each member of our family!

This VRBO was in a beautiful, well maintained property! The villa was clean, quiet, safe, comfortable and well appointed! The hosts were very responsive! The view from the villa was beautiful! The walking paths were wonderful and the historical landmarks were very interesting. The restaurant was very good and they went above and beyond for a dislike from one of the people in our group. There is a very nice well maintained dock less than a 1 minute walk from the villa where someone in our group was very excited to catch and release a baby shark. We would stay in this villa again and would highly recommend!

Great place

High quality furniture and bedding. For a smaller place it accommodated us very well, enjoyable setup for a large family. The dock was great, the crab pot was fun to use and the kids loved it. Super nice pool area, very convenient. Nice access to community center for a workout as well

Wedding weekend

Great place to stay for event at the clubhouse. We were able to walk to the wedding and rehearsal dinner. Every possible kitchen gadget was available, we didn't need them but that's a plus. Would definitely stay again.

The house was nice. The outside garbage can was missing. I contacted Heidi and she was on it. The can was there by the next day. The back deck is so peaceful in the morning. The view is beautiful.

Great family vacation home away from home!

Our family of 4 had a great week on Dataw Island. Villa was clean, welcoming, and comfortable. It was spacious enough for our family of 4, but also felt cozy. Kitchen was very well-stocked with various condiments, pots/pans, utensils. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return in the future! Dataw Island is a little remote, so anything we wanted to do in town or elsewhere was at least a 10-15 minute drive, but we knew that going in and loved being away from the hustle and bustle.

I was at a family wedding and there were 6 other units rented by family This one had the most dated kitchen and bedroom downstairs was very crowded

We like the Bluffs been there before

Everything was wonderful EXCEPT the King Bed was Way Too soft for a bad back! Downstairs was too small. Otherwise, very nice! Cheers

Villa on Dataw Island

We have stayed at the Villas many times in the last few years since we bought a lot there and are waiting to build. This one was one of the most equipped one we have been to. It was the first one we have been to that we didn’t have to run to the store for extra towels and toilet paper. One of the breakers went out and they responded right away to help us out. Other than the rain we had a very nice weekend. Thank you

Beautiful Home, Disappointing Owner Experience

The home, island, and setting are very nice. We learned that the owner is challenging to work with and misrepresented circumstances to manipulate her desired outcome unnecessarily. Despite this, we are thankful that it ultimately worked out; our son's wedding weekend was a dream come true.

Unfortunately, LeeAnn manipulated the reservation by telling us that she was booking the villa with her elderly mother that has difficulty going up steps along with four other adult guests, for a total of four people and switched the reservation at the last moment to EIGHT groomsman that had a party at our home!!! LeeAnn did not ask to change the four people. We found out at 11 pm when the ring doorbell alarmed repeatedly for a stream of 20 years olds coming to a party at our house!!!
