About this property

5 bedroom home in Palm Coast Florida. 4 available for use. 1 guest bedroom on the first floor with a tv. 3 bedrooms on the second floor also with tv’s. Central air conditioning/heating. Outdoor screened pool with lounge area available for use. WiFi, streaming apps and laundry. Camera surveillance system in place to mostly monitor the outside of the property. 1 camera in the kitchen (which you can cover with a plastic bag if you choose to) to monitor the garage door entrance and one camera on the outside of the kitchen window monitoring the pool. Ring doorbell camera also present. Close to everything you need, shopping, beaches, movie theater etc. 10 minutes from the I95. 20 minutes away from the beaches and racetrack at Daytona Beach. Weekend stay for Rolex 24

The house and location were perfect for the weekend. A short drive to the track without all of the beach traffic. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores close by also.
