A must see. Stunning, new home in Ocean View estates/Bethany, just 2.2 miles to Beautiful Bethany Beach. Go North and within 15 minutes you will be at Dewey Beach, then 5 more minutes to Rehoboth Beach. Travel south approximately 10 minutes to Fenwick Island, and 15 more minutes to Ocean City, MD or stay local and within a 5 minute drive to Bethany Beach.

This house is equipped with a stunning furnished open floor plan with a large vaulted ceiling, fireplace and kitchen island makes this comfortable for many to enjoy and gather. This house can accommodate 8 adults and up to 12 guests, it has 4 bedrooms with first floor owners suite.

Outside the house enjoy waking up in the morning and having a cup of your favorite beverage and feel the ocean breeze in the area on the newly designed deck and patio. Firepit available for gatherings with friends and family while also enjoying some grilling.

Perfect Rental for Our Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at this house! This is our second time staying here and we will definitely look to stay here again on our next Bethany Beach trip. The house is very clean and spacious. Great Space

Our family of 8 thoroughly enjoyed staying at this house. It was immaculately clean and we loved the open concept. The outdoor shower was a plus as was the fire pit. The house was close to the beach. We would definitely come back!

Beautiful Home, Quick Drive to Ocean

A great property in nice neighborhood. It was a close drive to the beach and a perfect neighborhood for biking or walking around. I stayed there with a larger family group and the living area was big enough that we could all cook dinner and play games every night. It worked out really well for us.

Fit the Bill Again!

We stayed at this property when my father turned 80 and decided to come back when my mother turned 80. It was even better the 2nd time. Perfect set up for a gathering for a family of 8 that required 5 bedrooms. Great home. Great experience! Thanks

Beautiful House in a Really Friendly Neighborhood

We really enjoyed our stay here. We are very particular when it comes to cleanliness. This house exceeded our expectations. Even though it is a pet friendly home, there were no signs (or smells) of pets. It is very spacious. Plenty of room for our three teenagers to have their own space.

What a gorgeous house and perfect for our annual holiday trip! The house was immaculate and very clean. The patio area and deck were inviting and the perfect spot to make memories as a family.The owners were responsive and even went over and beyond to help my family find a local pool. We also were able to bring our Yorkie on his first vacation ever with a dog being permitted. I can’t say enough good things about our stay!

The house was beautiful and the pictures are accurate. The house was clean and the property manager was so easy to communicate with during our stay. We were told about local restaurants that were delicious. The outdoor area was perfect for having crabs and sitting out. Biggest issue for me is the property wasn’t fenced in and I had to take my dog for early walks. The neighborhood was nice and the neighbors were very friendly.

We had a wonderful time. The house and property were very clean. AC was great and it was in a quiet development. Lots of cooking utensils, pots, etc. Hilse and Jon were very responsive to any questions.We only had one day of sunny weather so we didn’t get to use the fire pit. Grocery stores were in short driving distance. Definitely would stay there again.

Yearly Family Getaway

We had a great time staying at this home. The home is beautifully decorated and is well cleaned and maintained. We had adequate room for our family of 8 adults and two children. Lots of room in the living area and lots of outdoor seating. Really no complaints. A few more coffee mugs and a kettle for tea drinkers would be great. The loft was appreciated by our kids, but noise from downstairs does travel up to those sleeping in that area. I highly recommend! Thank you to the owners!

A wonderful, pleasant and very clean place to stay for the trip to Bethany Beach! Beautiful and inviting accommodations in every room of the house inside and also the outside surroundings. One small problem we had was taken care of in a promptly manner. The host was easy to reach and be in contact with for any questions we had. Would highly recommend this place for your trip!!! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. As a family of five, we truly appreciated the spacious layout. It offered plenty of room for everyone to have their own space while also making it easy to come together for quality family time. The design and flow of the home were perfect for both relaxation and connection.Each bedroom having its own smart TV was a fantastic touch. The entire place was immaculate. It was clean, comfortable, and clearly well cared for. Communication with the host was seamless and they were incredibly responsive.One thing we really appreciated was the check-out process. It was very reasonable and straightforward, which is not always the case with vacation rentals.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-appointed home away from home.

Auntie & Neice Getaway!

The house was exactly as described on VRBO. It would have been nice to have a bit more info on how to operate the TV, Alarm system & fans, heating & air system...but we managed. 4 heads better than one :-) overall we figured it out. But that did not take away from the house at ALL It was CLEAN..The neighbors were so friendly. We will be BACK!! Soon! :-)
